Dice Throne is fantastic! They've got a huge new Kickstarter launching in just over a week (10/17) that I'll be going all in on. Some other favorite two player games of mine are Unmatched, Radlands, Air, Land & Sea, Sobek 2 Players, Paolo Mori's Blitzkrieg!, Land vs. Sea, and The Initiative.

Very few will sing the praises of the very intense Mantis Falls -a two player hidden role/social deduction game. How does that work, you ask? I'll leave you to discover that on your own but just know that it *does* work. There is a three player mode but it's basically the two player version with an inactive third player shoehorned in.
