I'm going right out today and put in carrots and spinach. I've had limited success with them in the past and now I see I may have planted at the wrong time, when it was too warm. I'm from Pennsylvania and I've never planted until late May before. I'm really excited to try sowing March crops! Oh, and I subscribed!

Thanks for the info. I am planning to start a container garden for the first time and wasn’t sure if I should be planting right now. Definitely gonna start out with lettuce and carrots.

Hey Heather! If I’m getting individual seed packets I usually get them from bakers creek (online retailer) they’re pretty reasonable and they’re free shipping even if you just get one or two seed packets. Migardener is a really good online retailer as well that I sometimes buy seeds from also and really like theirs as well.

Very informative video. What zone are you in? I'm in 6b so i can't put anything outdoors yet. I did just start my tomatoes, peppers and flowers indoors. Still snow on the raised beds. Hopefully soon though. Thanks for the video.

Yes!! I would try to give it some protection from the cold at night or bring it inside but I’ve grown that successfully before in March. 6b here also
