Arclight is an amazing weapon but it's very hard to rack up multi kills consistently. Agree with you for not putting it on this list.

I like the mention of Jorge's Chaingun. That thing shreds! I wouldn't use it on a team vs team game over an answer, but for fun, you can't go wrong with it.

Tristan C Actually it can. Only a few shots to kill a Phaeton with critical hits, 2 shot melee, I can go on. It's severely underrated.

I'm surprised Tarturus Gavel is number one. I feel kind of vulnerable with it when running around big warzone maps - but yes it's incredible indoors. I personally prefer Spnkr Prime & Prophets Bane. (PB is my fav weapon)

Fun fact: the increased shields that Jorge's chain gun offers can withstand a nornfang and H2 Delta shot. Basically, when supported by another friendly spartan or two, you become a tank that is unstoppable

BUT! Nornfang has a lot more ammo in it than the Delta, so you have a much better chance at getting more kills with it than the delta.

I say the blood of suban is the best and I say this because it has a lot of ammo, extremely accurate, high damage, and let's not forget it's only 4 reqs. We need to shed some light on the low level reqs such as the razors edge which is a murder machine.

I'm not sure why but I prefer the halo 2 beam rifle delta to the nornfang because you look less of a target to everyone when you wield the delta. When equipped with the nornfang, you stand out to everyone. Also, the delta has more damage although it does have its cons due to the recoil of when you are waiting for it to cool down after firing a bullet.

Top 5 best armor mods could be the next one? Or you can extend your top 5 a bit and do your top 5 BEST MAPS in halo. With that being said, here is my top 5 weapons (that aren't mythics): 5: Whiplash: Like Spiteful said, it is very great for taking out enemy wasps, ghosts and warthogs. 4: Blood of suban: Its a great 4 req weapon and its easy to get some kills to earn higher reqs faster. 3: End Of The Line: I dont know why, but when im using this sniper rifle, i feel more safer. It is great due of the faster fire rate, and i have earned some ok multikills with it. 2: Halo 2 Beam Rifle Alpha: I don't myself own this weapon certification yet, but i have picked up a few of them , and i gotta say, its pretty much better than the normal H2 beam rifle, because it has 2 times more ammo than the normal one, and you can fire more than 2 shots, because it doesn't overheat. I like it i love it

Ehh, I honestly dont like tartarus' gavel that much. It's nice for base defence/offense, but movement around the map is difficult due to its severely limited range. I'd rather jave a prophet's bane, as the invisibility allows you to move around the map with ease.

The bane does only have 10 hits though and camo is not the best in Halo 5 :)

iSpiteful While that is true, I still prefer it over the gavel. In fact, I probably would use just about any mythic weapon over the gavel, other than Oathsworn and the ce pistol. The gavel is a good weapon, but you just seem to vulnerable in the open, limiting it to only being truly effective in the bases, whereas weapons such as nornfang, the answer, and whiplash can all be used effectively in almost any situation.
