Speaking as a New Yorker, I dislike our cold winter days yet I adore my winter fragrances. The irony. Therefore, here are two fragrances every man should add to their winter collection. I can recommend much, much, more but I’m extremely selfish with my fragrances and refuse to tell people what I’m wearing. 1 - CH Men Prive - The spice, the warmth, the smoothness of how the notes blend; it’s just perfect for winter. Big compliment getter as well. 2 - Layton exclusif - I’m the biggest fan of the original blend but this one brings a much deeper approach. So unique, so appealing. PDM truly makes some the best and gorgeous fragrances. I wore this on a “first date” and had other females complimenting the fragrance and consistency smelling my neck. All happening in front of the women I was with. She refused to let me take her out again. An unfortunate true story because she was absolutely gorgeous.

Another great video! Noir by Tom Ford is a great winter fragrance I do agree, some of my favourite have to be Maison margiela - by the fireplace, Tom Ford - ombré leather and Jo Malone - pomegranate noir! That’ has been my winter rotation and throw the typical dior sauvage and Chanel’s Bleu de Chanel in there for everyday wears!

Hey Robin! Awesome video, little recommendation for you as a whiskey lover, you should try Pure Malt by Thierry Mugler. It has malt, fruit, whiskey, and very gourmand vibe to it.

@@Smoke_C By kilian single malt is very sweet and boozy at the opening. No boozy based fragrance comes close to that. Not Baraonda, not pure malt and definitely not a designer like ch men privé.

Personally prefer Tom Ford Noir Extreme (one of my go to’s) but Anthracite is nice too. Good to see Penhaligon frangrances im here! Just wish they had more stockists near me as my closest is about an hour and a half away!

Everyone buy sauvage.. it will be like aqua di gio or one million..you will never smell like something different.. there are too many fragrances for winter but people always choose paco,dior, tom ford etc

I bought Dior Sauvage because it was the best smelling out of 20 fragrances I tested. One million, CK One, Aqua, JPG, davidoff coolwater, hugo boss, bruno banani are hype fragrances. I never smelled Dior Sauvage or Tom Ford on someone. The hype is generated in the internet. And on the other hand these are good fragrances so what is the reason against it.

I'm not a fan of Orange Bitters, either, but Jo Malone's other holiday fragrance called Rose & Magnolia is beautiful (but has sold out most places in the U.S. already). Great list!

Aqua di gio profumo with 1-2 sprays

Armani code, ck aqua or aqua di gio as murf mentioned. All are great smooth 1-2 spray fragrances. I prefer armani code, I recommend 1 spray to the neck or chest with this one as you can easily over do it. Try out creed silver mountain water if you don’t mind spending big 💰. 👍

Beware for everyone: Jo Malone fragrances have very weak performance for their price. They are made to be layered. Velvet Rose & Oud only lasted about 3 hours on my skin, indoors.

I beg to differ. Mostly its based on the oils of the skin that you project. Personally I never liked Jo Malone's fragrance to the point of buying a 50 to 100 ml bottle but still I got the smaller ones and I have tested most of their houses fragrance. I am in good position to tell you that their fragrances longetivity are decent to great. Maybe its the fragrance you picked doesn't work well with your skin or mainly it doesn't aim to last.

@@user-um7xs7ih8f I own 2 other Oud & Rose scents, Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood Extrait, and Montale Aoud Shiny. OSM projects for 4-6 hours and lasts for 24+, Montale Aoud Shiny projects for 3-4 and lasts about 12-16h. Jo Malone's offering projects for 1h and lasts about 3-4. Jo Malone fragrances have an Eau de Cologne concentration, which automatically means weaker performane. Maybe it is better on other people's skin, but at a RRP of $130 I returned my bottle because it performed so poorly. I suggest sampling first. Not sure if it is my skin, because generally fragrances are very strong on me, compared to my white friends.
