Also, don't bother with supercars and stuff like that early game. Always go for practical vehicles like the insurgent, nightshark, armoured Kuruma, etc starting out. You'll always have time to buy flashy and fun stuff once you have a good source of income and everything else you need.

Anyone looking to make money has to get a Kosatka though. Running Cayo Perico can make you more money in 1 day than the nightclub can in 1 month.

Number 5 is totally dependent on rockstar though. In the last month we've gotten pretty crap discounts and even crap double money. I mean 3 out of 4 weeks on triple hanger money, which still isn't really worth it unless you have a crew of 3 or 4 helping you. These disappointing discounts, It's starting to feel like I'm playing RDO again tbh. Hanger discount is great for those that don't have it. The Buffalo STX and Cheeta Classic are the only good vehicles I can remember lately. And we had double money on payphone hits for 1 week which is maybe like an A tier ish event imo. I understand that not all weeks will or even should be winners, but the opposite is true as well.

The Contract stuff have all been good when it have been double money. Payphone hits will all be over 100k for perfect hits. Security contracts will be near or over 100k when doubled. Short Trips, (which is going on now) is 100k when double. Clearly these are the best ways to make some quick money in this game today, and all the jobs are easy and don't take long to complete.

Triple Money on the Hangar Business isn’t worth unless you are sourcing air freight cargo with 3 other friends in a rotation. The missions take a while to knock out plus you need better aircraft than what is provided for the source mission. Plus you got to deal with the cool down. The double money on the Security Contracts was nice a couple weeks ago, since it can set you up for some decent passive income in the long run.

Tip to anyone who sees this 4:06 U don’t need to go all the way to story mode if ur in a online session u can just go to creators mode and the press the pause menu scroll to online the do go to invite only it’s a lot faster u can also switch ur targeting mode fast like that Hope this helps

@@shyhildeo936 I'd say the Kosatka because it pays more than a million dollars depends if you bring 2 or 3 people and also because it let's you do the heist automatically after getting the files for Miguel Madrazo since you have to do heist setups and scope out before the heist starts for the files as the secondary target.

I got the game many years after the game came out so you could say I was a bit of a noob at first. My cousin got the game from day 1 and is very experienced with GTA online to the point where I would call him him an expert. He guided me on how to make gaining money as painless as possible. At first I had to get some businesses and grind to get enough money to get the businesses to run themselves and purchase more businesses. Then he taught me how to use stocks in GTA to get even more money. Eventually I would make it so there is a constant influx of money to my account to where I can finally enjoy the game and buy the things I want within the game. Funny how the game teaches you a bit about economics. I am in no way an expert on the game but the advice I received was very helpful.

This. I tried a public lobby once and got turned away hard. But after watching some TGG videos and making a plan, I can hang out in public lobbies and make friends without worrying about getting targeted or grieved too hard. Community is great too, though like any group, there are some toxics here and there. I was helping out someone from the discord server with heist setups and they kept getting angry whenever things weren't done exactly their way.

The best session to be in is the solo-public, because you're alone (ofc anyone can join, but if you afraid of them, clear the lobby again) but you can still run the MC or CEO, and the passive businesses can make money while you can prep your heist. The last one is the most important, i bought the Kosatka when it was discounted to 1.8mil, i barely could afford it, but after it i started to make millions, so everyone always should pay attention to the sales.

Hunts to make money, RP and know a bit more the map: golden double action revolver, navy revolver, stone hatchet, playing cards (these four will give you extras in RDO and RDR2 too), signal jammers, action figures and cinema props. If you don't do heists etc. from lvl 1 with these you might get to lvl 40-50, to buy more powerful weapons, better car tuning etc. If you're antisocial like me these are the best ways to start grinding RP solo 😂, with the VIP jobs and a free Duke o'death

Another tip for PC players is opening resource monitor to suspend GTA for 10 seconds and then resuming it, doing so will kick you into a public solo lobby (until someone else joins but that can take ages), everything is still enabled like heists and businesses (except lobby events).

This is a must for literally just everything GTA Online related, works even after exiting a heist and / or missions if you know when to use it, saves you not only the trouble of dealing with... *them* but also loads you in faster if there are no other players to load in. That aside, it SUCKS when it backfires on you and crashes the game

In reference to 3:36 if your in freeroam and want to get to "Invite-only" instead of going all the way to story mode, you can go into Creator instead (also sign-up for Social Club), once loaded press start and then you can click "online".

One more thing for people, research the things you want to buy before buying it first, for example, I made the fatal mistake of buying the Casino Penthouse because I thought I need it to get to the Music Locker and thus unlock the Kosatka. But turns out I didn't even need to do that 🙃

Penthouse is still helpfull though you can get your 1 million back by doing 5 missions and a free car also doing those missions will help you in casino heist if ever trying and in cayo safe code missions to. You could say you bought it early but buying a penthouse is definitely worth it

The number one thing is businesses are really only good for the nightclub but they should be late game buys. The first thing you need is a kosatka then an oppressor mk2 for setups, then let the money roll in for businesses to set up a passive income NC, then just having fun

For the first car I'd strongly recommend the FREE Duke of death, a very underrated armored car that's now free... it's armored, at least against NPCs and police fights and it's a juggernaut splitting up the NPCs traffic if you need to push through on your way to where you need to go...

The armored cars in general are good for that, the Armored Gallivantee Baller is fantastic at protecting you from the cops at around 3 stars, and will stop one rpg before dying, making it perfect for the first couple heists, especially with it's decent speed, good handling, and the weight to push traffic around

That's what I did. I started off with $1m, did some weekly events to get to $2m, then made my first *real* purchase with the Kosatka. Best decision one can make in GTAO, that thing pays for itself immediately and the earning potential is pretty much unlimited.

As someone who started playing in Sep 2021 I can agree it was the most confusing experience of my life, there's some missions marked on the map there's some I have to buy buildings for like the heists and you get calls to start 4 different business (5 I now assume) they really need to work on revamping the beginning to better explain what you can even do in GTA Online I genuinely didn't know about the doomsday heist until a few months ago cause unless you seek some things out they're never mentioned.

Maybe something was changed since this video was made, but in the past couple weeks I’ve been running businesses like Nightclubs, CEO Cargo missions, Cocaine Lockups, etc within invite-only lobbies. There are certain features that aren’t available under CEO/MC menus because there’s no one else in the organization whilst I’m doing solo content, but it’s possible to source and sell cargo for the respective businesses. I’ve had some issues, particularly with the Cocaine Stock sales, because once your stock level hits certain breakpoints, you’re forced to attempt multi-vehicle deliveries that are mostly impossible within the time limit because the vehicles you’re given are very slow and handle poorly, as well as the time it takes to get back to the start point to grab the next vehicle can really eat into the delivery time. Why there’s no option to sell a portion of the stock as a solo player, I have no idea

Grind bonus money missions and do treasure hunts until you have enough cash for an agency ~2million. Agency is fine for solo invite only and contracts have no death limit so perfect for low gear low level. Every 5 contracts is $500 passive income. 200 agency contracts should net over 10 million dollars and max out passive income receiving 20k every GTA day (48 minutes). If you’re new you should unlock passive money for the rest of your time playing IMO. Agency acts as a garage and gives helicopter. definitely should be purchased before cars or apartment.

The biggest beginner mistake that I did when I started the game this month was buying the cocaine lockup, I should have purchased something else, the cocaine lockup as many people have mentioned has a bug where the business just consumes the supplies and does not output any product. A hack I've been using for years: don't go into story mode to start your invite only lobby. Instead load up the creator, and then go into the pause menu and launch the invite only session. You'll find the load times marginally better.

Here's one last irl money saving tip. Gta 5 if you buy on pc does not come with the career builder. Meaning you do not start with 4 million.

What a lot of people don't know and are sleeping on is since the recent DLC and updates to the game you can now register as a VIP for free you no longer need 50K in the bank to become one. That gives you access to VIP work and for a low level they're the best thing you can do and you can do them pretty much as soon as you load into the game at level 1 you can also do them completely solo in an invite only.

Kosatka is a must have for every single player that plan to play this game more than "once in a while", as it enables you to make about 1.3 million an hour on average solo, and if you use glitches to get inside storages where the gold is and replay the mission without setups and the same main target and secondary targets, almost 2 million, if not 2 million, every 15-20 minutes. If the kosatka and/or glitches ruins the game for you, you could always just not use them.

I appreciate what you do to help the community and the new players, and I respect the effort you put into these videos. But that "GTA For Dummies" video of yours has so much mistakes I am still bound to make a video debunking them... (I just didn't have time for that) Because I care about the new players as much as you do, but obviously there's some game knowledge issues going on. It's been 2 months since I emailed you to talk about that, and I have asked permission to talk about said video. However, I find that falls into Fair use, and since I haven't gotten a response, I'll probably just proceed with it. It's respectful criticism, and the goal is to give more knowledge to new players. I agree with everything in this video though, so It gets a like :) But the GTA for Dummies one, I'll need to answer it

You are preaching. And , I always tell new players to start in invites only. And learn the controller. Learn the menus and the phone. Learn to cover because that helps missions. And, try to find someone who will teach you in game.

I just started yesterday, and I accidentally stole someone’s night shark. They came after me and killed me over and over until I spawned on the hill above them. (I had the high ground). Since I had spent $500k on military gear, I was ready to finish it. It was nighttime in the desert and I had fall camo equipment so that was a bonus. I took out my marksman rifle, activated my thermal targeting on my helmet, and let my inner COD player out. It went from a 6-1 death match score to 7-10 in fifteen minutes. That person rage quit.

You can also make bonus $ on the weapons you get from the treasure hunts. It does unlock stuff for rdr but it does give u rp and $ as well in gta.

For people on PC who want Invite only sessions but don't want to actually start one: Open up your task manager, go to the "Performance" tab, in the lower left corner click "Open Resource Manager", find the GTA process (usually GTA5.exe), right-click, click "Suspend Process", wait 5-10 seconds, right click again, then "Resume Process", and bam, Public session but you're all alone, which lets you run your businesses and other stuff. Addendum: You must have your task manager set to Detailed mode. To do so, simply open it up and click "More details" if you haven't already.
