(The original) We are still running crap with choke levers, old 440 gas chevy engines, pumps with 2 cylinder Wisconsin motors, and manual trannies with 2 speed splitters! Lately we have acquired a bunch of military surplus 6x6 trucks and semis. They are the biggest pieces of junk. The 24V system is always giving some kind of trouble. Batteries are always going dead at random. You have to punch in the secret combo into a keypad to get the headlights to turn on. Try figuring that out when the page drops at 2am when you have been at work all day and haven't driven that particular truck in a few months.

It's not legal to have blue lights on fire trucks In some states. Ky for instance.
