My son loves fire trucks, both grandpas were firefighters and so was his great grandfather. We have books on the different kinds of fire trucks and a book that is call fire truck vs dragon. When we lived with my in laws we lived closed to the fire station so when the trucks and ambulances would go by if they were on their way from the store they would honk the horn. If they had a call and go by the house when we were outside my son would watch them go by and on the house as well.

What the hell kind of fires happen in New Jersey? Seven fire trucks in a row?

Standard box alarm for a structure Fire is 4 Engines, 2 Ladders, 1 Squad/Rescue, 1 Medic, 1-2 Battalion’s and then your Safety and EMS Officers. So that kind of response is pretty standard across the country for a structure fire or a collapse.

@@CH-fk5tk Really? Standard 1st alarm response here is 1-2 engines, 1 ladder, 1 ambulance, sometimes a medic car, and a battalion chief.
