It isn't necessarily bottlenecking with your config, your ram will be utilized as normal, as well as your SSD. What makes a game run smoother and nicer is the CPU and the GPU. I'm not saying the RAM and the SSD does not play a role in making a game run smoother, it does but not as important as the other 2 components
