sir I think Q.23 ka answer (A) hona chahiye...because no ralative speed means no induced emf in rotor hence no induced current so no flux generation so there will be no interaction of two fluxes so no torque generation in rotor.

Kindly Note:- Q.4 Answer is 4Ω i,e. effective rotor resistance in the backward branch of the equivalent circuit will be R'b=R2/(2-s) ......... -> 7.8/2-0.05= 4Ω. Rest of the explanation is correct.

Question 23 the answer is option A please verify ....if rotor rotates at 1500 rpm the relative speed stator field and rotor conductors is zero therefore no induced EMF therefore no circulating current therefore no torque production
