Cameron Hudson the n64 version is great yeah there are some issues but less that what some new games have. Yeah the looks aren’t great but i actually prefer it on the n64 and I own the GameCube version which came with the master quest which is the only reason I use it and for the 3ds got two sealed copies of it that I got as presents and I will never open as I see it HD remake or nothing essentially so say they did that for the switch I would pay 60 bucks for it. Also if you do get the n64 version get the gold cart. Not only does it look cooler it also has some changed things like more blood in the game especially in the final fight and the part where Gannon pukes which is blood in this version. Also the fire temple music is different and much better in my opinion but they changed it due to the fact it used a ton of Islamic chanting and so they removed it from the 1.2 version which is the version that most gray n64 carts are which is why I say get the gold you will get these changes if you get the gold.

The Hyrule castle theme from BoTW is exceptional!! It’s so well orchestrated, so deep with feeling and honestly IMO is a perfect theme.

And there is so much detail put into it. For example in the part of the track that is inspired by Zelda's lullaby you can hear beeping in the background, that sounds like the classic Zelda low health sound effects, indicating that Zelda is on her last legs. But it is only in the theme that plays on the inside of the castle, so it sadly isn't in the track we hear in this video.

I think it is interesting how well the music from games such as ocarina still sound great because most of those games the original to the link to the past along with a bunch of the handheld ones suffer from the limited music sounds that they could use yet ocarina of time despite it being an n64 never had these issues the songs always sound new not dated and after that Majoras songs also sounded great and after that they went to disk. But it is surprising how most people are like these games have aged terribly what i counter with is look past the looks are the original crash games great for their looks no (not counting the remake here) if people simply looked past that they would enjoy it or if only they made an HD remake

Saaaame!! I somehow inherited a copy of both the GC version and Wii version, and on both I would let the title screen roll and roll and roll because the trailer played if you didn't hit Start. I used to watch it over and over again until my parents would tell me to quit and *actually* play the game XD I remember buying TP for the WiiU for my little brother and us starting up the game together, and while he was ready to press Start I told him to wait to watch the trailer. We waited and waited, but then it just looped back to the title screen... They took out the trailer from the original games!! My disappointment was immeasurable, and my day was ruined (meme).

This is awesome music, I almost started crying when I heard the Kakariko Village music from OoT. It's so fun humming along with songs you've never heard. You're just trying to memorize them like all the others. I started loving LOZ when I first had trouble reading. I was about six. My dad showed me the Windwaker. I practiced reading the dialogue and got one of the highest scores in reading. Botw came out a few years later. That's when I began to fall in love with the game. This music got me through elementary. Hearing it while I'm exploring botw's world just makes me smile so much. One time my parents came in because I was humming this music, thank you so much forthe memories

Music in The Legend of Zelda is one of the best things. You can hear feelings and emotions trough them. Zelda's lullaby tells you she is a kind person, Ganon theme tells you he's the encarnation of evil, Hyrule Castle is just telling you "This is the great castle of Hyrule, the most important place in all the realm". Every song is important.

Spirit tracks overworld should be number 1 imo, all the instruments mesh so well if you close your eyes and listen to them all carefully, and the way the train acts as percussion is amazing and pure genius. Also all of the childhoods and nostalgias. This screams adventure for me :) though the story trailer music is 2nd and very very close is not joint first

I remember when I let my friend play Breath of the Wild after I completed it, and when on the Great Plateau in the beginning, she came across the Talus in the little forest.
