I operated lightning rod for a season and I'll be honest, that coaster would have to go for like a whole season without a significant breakdown for them to even consider it. This past year was its best year yet for uptime and from my experience, dollywood isn't keen on making it worse with how much trouble they had

Love this list. Totally agree with Lighting Rod. I know a bunch of people think it's been outclassed but I disagree. I road it in its first season and I still think it's current version reigns supreme. It's absolutely relentless and the setting is phenomenal.

Love the list. I will say, as a local for Fury 325, it’s airtime is downright violent ejector when it’s warmed up on hot summer days. My shirt was completely up my back this past year and having first ridden it in the fall, I was shocked. At its peak, it has airtime strong enough to be compared to RMC’s best. So not quite as consistent as let’s say, Twisted Timbers, but if ridden at it’s peak, it’s even better than the praise you gave it!

I've ridden Fury in many conditions: cold rain when it was near the temperature limit, average spring day, and piping hot summer day.

Fantastic Video as always. Very much enjoy your videos. One of the best channels out there for this genre I believe. I've ridden a little over 100 coasters but much prefer steel coasters over wood (traditionally) mainly due to the more roughness in nature....that just takes away so much in enjoyment and re-rideability for me. Otherwise, great list. I have more rides on Lightning Rod than any other coaster on your list and it is surely one of the best out there. Hoping to ride VelociCoaster this year to get a take on it. Thanks for the video!

I'm not sure if I'll get there anytime soon. Especially since they closed their old water coaster. When I'm in Sandusky, I spend as much time as possible at Cedar Point since that park needs it.

Nicely done. Some of my favorites are near the your top: Shivering Timbers and Outlaw Run are my favorite woods. Iron Rattler and Untamed are my favorite RMC steels. I actually prefer The Legend over Voyage.

To beat Lightning Rod, a ride would need flawless pacing and incredible elements. Unless it has an equally special setting, it would need to basically beat that ride element for element. Although I think it's more likely Lightning Rod falls if it were modified again to lose more speed.

I’m 5’3” so Superman’s lap bars rest halfway between the top of my thighs and my knees, and I’m not sure if that’s good because it’s a pretty exposed position or bad because it causes a lot of pain if I get stapled

First time i rode Untamed was a cold day in fall of 2020 and i already was impressed. It went directly to the number 1 spot on my ranking. In 2021 we went on a hot summer day and man...(lost for words)

I have a theory as to why Skyrush kinks. You get pulled over, but halfway down, something crazy happens. It manages to springboard you even further. Its probably due to the ride quickly hitting the max angle of descent, which looks to be about 80-85 degrees.

I rode superman in conditions where it should have been running very fast and wicked cyclone was flying (decently heavy rain, and mostly full train) but according to ride forces, it bottomed out at -1G on the 4th hill. I enjoy seeing others rankings and see how wildly different people view the same rides. I don't have maverick in my top 50 and I only have 117 credits counting kiddie coasters. I find the launch weak then after that nothing really excited me. Gave multiple rides and I just don't get the hype.

I know I have Silver Star higher than most, but it has amazing airtime when untrimmed.
