Could they have done it better? Absolutely, by not throwing in those vague statements throughout super. I myself was against this Beerus always being the strongest until this movie came up. I don’t see people getting mad when Gohan got this big power up and is probably stronger than UI Goku from TOP and Gogeta blue(although I disagree on that) and piccolo himself got a very big power up out of nowhere. Now if they didn’t retcon Beerus and went by the battle of gods statements by Toriyama, orange piccolo should be stronger than Whis. Anyone who disagrees on this needs to watch battle of gods arc again and realise how big the power up between ss 3 and ss god was. They could have done it better but they need to retcon Beerus to make him stay relevant with the intention of when he was introduced. And they will probably continue to do so until super gets to a Whis level threat.

I think Base Jiren might be stronger than Cell Max. Cell Max seem to taken damage from a Goku/Vegeta attack where as a Base Jiren with his aura alone just blink away Goku, Vegeta, and 17 away causally. Gohan said Goku and Vegeta might not be strong enough to beat Cell Max but I find it weird to even include Vegeta in the statement at all if in the Anime, he’s two transformations behind Goku. Or in the Manga where Vegeta doesn’t catch up to MUI Goku until Granola arc which by then he should already be above Cell Max…

I feel Present Zamasu should be 34 and Future Zamasu 28. Black Goku be above Dyspo (24) but weaker than Hit. Toppo be above Golden Frieza(16)(Personally I don’t think Frieza gotten stronger per say but rather just durable) Disagree with MUI Goku being below Cell Max and Final Gohan. He should likely be by 6 Manga continuity or 4 if going by Anime continuity. (Personally I have MUI Goku equal to or higher than Gogeta Blue but won’t get upset if you believe Blue Gogeta above Mui)

@@xXSonTJXx Sorry for making it this long 😅 it was said that cell max would have taken down Broly if he was completed, never that he was stronger, it was something like “ an android capable of taking down Broly or defeating Broly. cell max was actually complete in terms of strength because in the movie doc said that he needed to complete his mind that’s all, so basically if Broly fought incomplete cell max, it’s a mindless Broly was can adapt to battle VERY well and grow stronger easily vs a mindless cell max, both of them are going crazy and have no tactic but Broly would win cause cell is not complete, if cell max was finished he would fight like percent cell, strategically like he would be very smart in terms terms of battle iq and he could use a move similar to special beam canon or something else to take down Broly, in Broly vs mindless cell max it’s basically a battle of power, cause both of them will fight with no tactic and Broly would win there I’m a battle of power because it was stated that only if cell max was completed he could take down Broly.

Remember this point, all that was left to do was make his mind complete not his power as it said in the movie, so Broly is stronger than cell max and if cell max was complete, Broly is still stronger because he still has the same power only now he a mind and can defeat Broly with pure skill and strategy. I’m short cell max will have the same power complete or incomplete and Broly is stronger either way but a complete cell max can beat him because he had a mind because toriyama never said cell max “stronger” than broly, he said if cell max was complete he could defeat Broly implying that an incomplete can’t beat Broly and if you ask me how I know if cell max would have the same power if he was finished, in the movie when doc was asked when cell max will be complete, he said the only thing left was to finish his mind, which implied he was finished in every other aspect.
