It would be good to include the hoa also. Sometimes the HOAs are more than the mortgage.

Good idea. I didn’t include them because they change each year or so and this video will live forever. Right now most communities are 250-300 per month for HOA which includes all of your amenities. The only time you’ll see excessive monthly fees is if you buy a manufactured home. I refuse to even sell those because the fees are criminal and the corporations that own the communities are often shady.

House sure are not fselling in Arizona that's for sure. We have been trying to sell our parents home for six months in Sun City West and nothing so I wonder what is going on?

Not in Arizona for the most part. The developer pays their own fees vs how other places where the homeowner pays for the infrastructure. Thanks for your question!
