wrong! if you are a very small investor then yes, but if you invest like a normal person the fees are quite normal and they don't charge withdrawal fees.

Is there any specific reason why Binance is not on this list? Since you have mentioned the "safest" , It would also help to know the "Not safe" or mention the main shortcomings that you notice. Since if an exchange does not appear here, it does not mean that it is not safe, but it may simply not meet points on your list to belong to the "safest".

US,UK and EU finance can’t control Binance so they stigmatize it. US exchanges will participate with government and you can be certain they will give the government any personal information. My trust is limited but at least US exchanges will be somewhat liable and take responsibility for security exploits or held assets. I’ll stick with cold wallet regardless The Binance native chain and variants work awesome.

Binance is banned in the US now. And Canada. USD no longer works on the exchange. Basically most of the Western world is denied access to Binance these days. So that’s probably why it wasn’t mentioned. It’s just such a headache for anyone who wants to use it these days (myself included). For the record I still use Binance exclusively and will never change until they pry it from my cold dead fingers (or ban it in my EU country).
