The dangerous problem with these electric kick scooters is that any crash results in any ejection, and you keep going however fast you were, it's like stumbling from a full sprint or faster. I'm an old motorcycle racer and have been writing two wheels for 55 years. Those baby kick scooters are the most dangerous two wheeler out there because it is deceptive. you are not part of the bike as you are on a bicycle or a motorcycle or even a Vespa style scooter. The bike protects you in a crash quite a bit. These do not. I had one mishap on a Segway nine bot and it was worse than any previous two wheel accident in my life. I was going maybe five mph. Nobody can transition from zero which is the standing position, to 15 mph without danger.
