The Koopa trooper sign and the zapper in the underwater section I wish they had kept. Don’t mind the other changes. Still not as good as the original but will always be a great track👍

@@dollscentedhunter2514 yeah definitely you can’t beat the original. Nintendo always do an amazing job with there brand new tracks especially the ones they have brought to the booster course pass but there re makes of retro tracks can be a bit hit and miss sometimes

I get the pipe being underwater, it makes sense, yet I do kinda miss the flowing water that speeds you up through the tunnel paired with the shock wheels. Even if you got shocked it pushed you forward a little bit and I liked that about the original

If they had to make the pipe and underwater section, they should have added a current to propel you forward

Why not extend that entire section so we get both the original and underwater, plus an anti gravity subsection that goes into the air and leads to a gliding section before the goal?

I have to say I despise that they didn't revert other changes previously made with the 3DS rendition of the track, namely the railing added on the left of the start/finish (we all know that we want to drop into the abyss right after finishing the race as a celebration), and the removal of the underwater lightning rods.

while koopa cape is still really fun and an awesome track to play, i feel like they stripped it of it’s soul, it was supposed to be a wacky ride, but they got rid of the sign, the lightning shells in the pipe section. and while it sounds like a nitpick, the sign really gave soul to the track, and the underwater section just feels empty, i’d be willing to take the cheep cheep at this point, cause there’s nothing there outside of the halfpipe
