I had the surgery & the pt , no good, sooo… I bought & took Youngevity, healthy bone & joint, expensive, found that the ‘on the go’ plus liquid cal toddy, a bottle of Cherri minerals plus Gluco gel, 1/2 the price of the powder to water mix, aka, healthy start paks, 4-5 different types that hone in on your specific need, I was pretty healthy when I began taking this. I had done 9 months of eating only fresh fruit in the morning and vegetables all afternoon then a dinner of a soup type stuff with quinoa and whatever, this was all prior to my injury so that when I started taking the Youngevity products I was walking normal pain free, all because his products are so energized & my gut was so healthy. Watch his stuff on the gut and gluten, then you will get it. In less than 10 days I was walking 6 huge city blocks to a park in a large city, no kidding, PAIN FREE. My ortho told me that I did not just tear my cartilage/ meniscus, I nearly obliterated it …. Youngevity but do NOT stop taking it, you seriously need the ‘90 For Life’ to stay healthy. So damn glad I took on that hunch that night & called my friend Dan, a real life saver. Seriously, Watch Dr Joel Wallach, he’s on the KZbin channel. Be ready to be educated. Love What His Work Had Done For Mankind. The minerals are like no other. Find Out Where He Gets Them, you will be blown away …..

Bob, you encouraged me not to give up…watching you persevere through your illness is a true heroic example of not giving up…and Brad, a true friend supporting you all the way. I was ready to give up. An injury in another state, insurance issues where I am currently living…..then my sister reminded me of your channel. I was already a subscriber! But in my temporary insanity with the pain, I thought I HAD TO GO TO AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. After just one session using this video as a guide, my knee felt better. Thanks Bob and Brad. I got a meniscus injury years ago. Went to surgeon, had MRI. He referred me to a physiotherapist who gave some sort of heat therapy with magnetic plates and also electrodes. Only exercise he gave me was wall squats sliding down a door frame with a towel behind my back and squeezing a foam roller between my legs. Recently I did a few extreme stretches and problems came back. Went to a physio who only gave me those seated clam shells with band resistence. So I tried these exercises in this video.

Thank you guys so much for all of the amazing content. I was bended on my right knee for a about 2 hours with no padding and I was chopping some wood to make some kindling. I did this a couple days a week for about a month. All of a sudden I went to work I woke up and everything was OK , but during the day my knee started clicking, grinding a lot like whenever I would bend my knee to walk or if I tried to sit down. Also if I tried to raise my knee up I would also have the clicking grinding noise. The sound it produced was very weird almost like two bones, rubbing or a ligament and a bone rubbing. Anyways, I didn’t know if this was bursitis or if it was the meniscus so I started doing a bunch of exercises from this channel. I am really hoping it works. Regardless, I just want to say thank you so much for all of the great content in demonstration videos. Please feel free to comment. If you think you may know what I may have done. Thank you so much.

My leg was plenty strong when I tore my meniscus. I had been doing squats, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. The problem was probably that my leg was a lot stronger than my 70 year old meniscus, which is why it tore. Suggesting I exercise my leg muscles while my meniscus heals seems a good strategy for maintaining leg muscle tone, but I fail to see how it promotes the healing of the meniscus. I'm in my 4th week of recovery. I walk on my injured knee. I take a hot bath with epsom salts and massage my knee. I am able to walk down the steps (backwards). And when my knee feels well enough to begin working out again, I will. Not until then. Thank you.

You have no idea how much your videos have helped me. I'm an expat living in China and none of the doctors I've spoken to have been anywhere near as informative as this - they all want to operate and completely dismiss the idea of me being able to heal myself. I apparently have Grade II/III tears in both of my meniscus in the left knee and a partial PCL tear after a motorbike accident 5 weeks ago. I understand the PCL will eventually repair itself but, for the time being, the doctor says it's still unstable. My question is, will doing these meniscus exercises have any negative effect on the still-healing PCL?

My meniscus tear never healed. I always walk with a limp due to the pinching pain. 8 years later I felt my bones touching through the tear during a run. Ever since that run, I've had crippling pain problems to where my knee just swells up. Currently, years after my knee settled back down again, my tibia is now behaving as if it has rotated inward, but I barely ever feel the pinching pain I limped with for most of 20 years. I believe the tibia has rotated as a defense mechanism for these reasons: my foot is pointed inward, and when I do squats on a slant board to help with my additional patellar tendonitis pain, the patellar tendon straightens the tibia back to the correct position and the meniscus pain returns and I'm back to limping. It's the devil. I even had surgery on my meniscus year I first received the injury but all they did was fold the tear back over without stitching it and it's been in pain for 20 years as it folds and unfolds by itself. Nobody will help me. I tried multiple times.

@@slobo5568 I think it was scope surgery because they mentioned that the incision would be small because they could use a tiny camera. I was a freshman in high school at the time so I didnt ask for details. I had the surgery because when my meniscus tore it flipped over, so I couldn't bend or straighten my leg all of the way. All I know is that is healed faster and was much less painful than the surgery I had when I chipped my tibia. Hope that helps!

Hey guys, I messed up my knee my senior year in HS, in 2012. Knee got super swollen (was it meniscus? I’m not sure). Healed 100%. Skip to 2016, I damaged my same right knee doing squats and leg press right before my huge family reunion which is in Louisiana. I live in Seattle. I went down there and did all of the activities but messed up my knee even more in the process. After it not healing fully I finally decided to get a mri and I had a torn meniscus. They did surgery and removed the damaged part. Skip to 2019, I have taken it very easy last few years and feel I’m as healthy as I can be. My friend invited me to play in basketball league and 3 days before, I do leg press workout and maybe go heavier than I should resulting in a little soreness in knee. 3 days later I’m playing in the first game and I play the whole first half and feel fine, but 3 minutes into the second half when I’m running up court my knee goes into an instant pain, same pain as if I just tore my meniscus again. (I had to sub out right away and could not play at all afterwards, it hurt to run up and down court) The pain is still in the right side of my right knee but seems to have moved to the back of my knee also now. I have been using this CBD clay stuff to put on my knee which makes it very itchy but allows me to massage it very deeply which is helping it heal much quicker. Just wanted to get your guys opinion on what I should do next? I don’t want to stop playing basketball, I just want to get back to 200%.

When you have degenerative arthritic changes in the knee including history of meniscus tears, damaged ligaments etc and you start to get symptoms once again, can physio be done rather then knee scope to clean out the damages? I damaged my knee quite badly in 1997 and in 2013 I had to have the knee scoped since it was the orthopaedic doctors opinion that due to the history of knee injury the only option was surgery. Will that still hold now after I twisted my knee 6 weeks ago and it is locking and cracking more often each week. The pain increases steadily etc.
