Why don’t more communities have pools?

Great question! Probably because of the expense for one thing. It’s extremely expensive and difficult to put pools in here because a lot of our soil is straight rock making it hard to dig, sometimes requiring blasting. So for the much larger neighborhoods where the HOA fees could support the pool it’s probably more feasible but we have many neighborhoods that are just smaller so not enough funds perhaps. Just my guess!
