No! Absolutely not. They don't want you to stay in motorbikes. They want you to spend $150 to $500 a night in a hotel or motel

Franklin looks terribly expensive. Homes up 100% compared to pre-pandemic. Once the money from CA/NY dries up, I'd have to imagine prices will crash. $4,500 mortgage on a 700k home...I doubt the average household income is $216k ($4,500x 4 x 12)!

How big is the city? The reason I ask is because I'm moving by myself from California to Nashville area and I just wanted to have an idea of commute.

Well not all of us can afford to buy a house but what about apartments and homes for rent and schools and daycare and fast food places and local places where you could work and what is the minimum wage and you know what are people paying and what is the livability and the crime rate and the realistic view of the Town what is the weather the worst weather that you guys have that we need to prepare for or you know really need to get deep into the real issues that are important to just everyday working people like myself I move to South Dakota because a realtor on KZbin made it sound just so wonderful and great and downplayed their Winters here their Winters here are terrible The Summer's here are really unpredictable weather it's like 110 degrees one day and then it's 70° the next day and then you have more hot days where your kids can't even go outside and play and then the hail is bad here there's a lot of ice here because it snows in the snow will stick it doesn't melt away and then it gets a little bit warmer and it just turns to ice the jobs here are terrible the pay for jobs here are terrible and the people's attitudes here are just very entitled this is supposed to be a red State and it's been very apparent to me that this is not a red state in the way that we are told it is lots of liberals here with their crazy Progressive agendas and it spilled over into the schools and the kids are all messed up and the drugs here are bad you think Native Americans and all you know all the stuff you can see on TV but they're not like that you know they don't live clean it's like they have these little nice houses but they're just I don't know and then there's drunks everywhere it's all in your face and on top of that there's just no real Serene Beauty in the town itself but like there are the hills and they look pretty in the summer and no traffic

I totally get what you wrote! Same deal in UT! 10 years ago, we lived here, UT! Great state, conservative, reasonable house price, good safe schools, friendly place, easy drive, not too much traffic… Fast forward today, rush hour is like LA, house prices are unaffordable. (Our $350k house we sold back then is now close to a Million! 🫣🤦‍♀️). Investors took over the state and pack rental houses like sardines EVERYWHERE! Houses are unapproachable unless you come from CA. Plus Utah become the Elevated Silicone Valley which brought all the progressive mindset you can imagine, that has now infiltrate the school system too. Utah is more blue, especially Salt Lakr County, but these progressive people are getting more in the Utah valley now too. And with them came their stuck up, entitled mentality. It’s very unfortunate! So like you, I am uneasy about what I read or watch that sounds too good! I think you have valid concerns and questions and I hope they get addressed! … Like tornadoes in the South. To me I need to know more about that too! Take care!

There’s all these people from California saying they’re moving to Franklin, doesn’t sound like any place I would want to move to now. You people destroy every place you go… We need to look no further than Austin Texas for proof of that… Don’t California our Tennessee. That goes double for you New Yorkers….
