Hey there, I’m new to your channel. Great content! I have a 2010 ZDX with 86K miles. The car is in pretty good shape and condition. I just bought it 3 months ago and love the way it looks and feels. My question is that I am losing or burning oil. One court 2000 miles. Is there anything that I can add to slow this down or this I should be looking for? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also are there any ZDX forms that you suggest? Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hey. Thanks! ZDX is a beauty! Unfortunately, since it shares the engine with the MDX, and the MDX had engine updated in 2010, so I’m assuming same for ZDX, that is known for burning oil due to piston rings design, which causes carbon deposits and seized rings. Short of rebuilding the engine with the new pistons and such, which would be astronomical, you might try solutions that help fight carbon deposits. I can’t recommend one since I haven’t used it myself, but there are plenty to research.

Wait what happened to your MDX!? I still watch your amazing old videos as I have 210,000 miles on my 2007 MDX. How are you adjusted to the smaller interior of the Rdx compared to the MDX? I feel like I’d miss the third row seating.

Nothing happened to the MDX, it's pretty happy! Just took a 3700km trip to Nova Scotia. It's a champ! It's fully paid off and it's in great shape. It sits at about 205K miles. The RDX is leased, so I don't put many mileage on it. As for the size, it's just a bit smaller than the MDX, they are almost the same size. I drive RDX alone, max 4 people in the car, so I don't need the third row there. P.S. Season 5 is coming really soon ;)

@@AcuraAddicted Can’t wait for season 5!!! We probably have some similar repairs to be made. I have vinyl seats so I’d love to see something on the front seats material repair/replacement. I didn’t realize how close in size the RDX is. Are you Acura for life? Have you ever test driven the Acura NSX?
