Woah, that 6th place goat control brew is crazy - love all the innovation we're seeing here. Had an idea for a video - could you load up the winning 2005 world championship deck on the ladder and see how it matches up against the modern goat meta?

Enemy Controller is a flex slot which could be a whole host of cards and not make a huge impact on the deck. I’ve really liked the card in comparison to anything else I’ve tested. It can essentially allow monsters to attack directly through Trio tokens and it’s also a way to trigger Will and at the same time take control of an opponent’s monster. I appreciate the support JDZ! I will of course continue to play Panda and Cat Burn as they are my favourite decks. I was hoping for more than just another bare minimum top again, though with both of my losses coming at the hands of Scrub4Life I can’t be too upset. They were on an absolute tear yesterday. I love Snakesonashane’s deck, especially the Asura-Big Bang-Trunade package. Can use it as removal with that Trunade and then get in with piercing.

I never said smashing ground was bad! Big smashing ground proponent. Book of moon is sideable in warrior, I usually played a compulsory evacuation in the side but there has been a lot of decree lately so I opted for 2nd book of moon. I was also pretty anti cliff but decree and burn made it viable.

I love Madcap's 7th place deck, much respect for Des Koala. My favorite deck has to be Evil4Life's 2nd place deck, triple Kycoo is based. Congratulations Duelists, it was a great weekend

For sure the rescue cat deck is really really strong but it struggle vs warriors scrubs deck is very solid

I can answer the AAlvarado thing. When you play a deck consistently, you reach a point when you know the deck inside and out. You know how you do vs certain matchups. You know what to side and what opponents are going to side vs you. In short, it’s experience with the deck. That’s the edge he has over everyone else.
