RX 8 seems like the most amazing time-saving tool for audio engineers. All of this stuff is doable with regular editing plugins but not having to spend a ton of time to get a desired result is crucial. This is especially true for editing smaller, low-budget podcasts that are recorded with basic gear, in less-than-desirable recording locations.

Groove3 have many, many videos from superusers across all the RX versions. I highly recommend these. RX8 isn't THAT much different from 7 in what it does, so learning the previous modules will help you comprehend 8's abilities easier. I've been working with RX7 Advanced since January, and I've fixed audio issues expertly ever since going through the videos on groove3. :)

Just upgraded from rx7 standard to rx8 advanced... That said, working with it in Nuendo I have zero issues, but loading it directly through adobe cc premiere causes lots of project crashes with the latest round of Adobe updates. In my last project I ended removing all my Rx plugs from the audio files and had pull the entire project into Nuendo just to finish it. Adobe is not a fan of 3rd party plugins - but it’s really convenient when it works!

I would really like something to fix aggressive noise reduction and compression artifacts from low-quality video calls. Is it possible to use audio voice cloning and voice recognition to rebuild (or at least significantly improve intelligibility) low-quality recorded video call audio?

You could use something like RX to clean up the obvious distractions then use nectar on top to improve intelligibility in a way that keeps the feel natural.

For me the biggest problem with this kind of videos is that the main voice sound over-processed with de-noising tools so it's kind of anti-commercial. But nevertheless I use this tools daily and know what are they capable of so it does not meter

Would not recommend that. :) RX's modules can be CPU-hungry and would just slow your computer down. A good, dynamic microphone will do a lot for the ease of using RX.

Here are some tips and ideas for a New Update; 1-Add a button with (Multtrack Section) with several audio tracks or separate channels within the RX8 itself, for example: Section 1-( Audio Editor),Section 2 - (Multtrack Section), mulltrack section with same mouse and keyboard settings as Reaper,without SnapGride letting track or audio run freely when moving the track sideways, or from one track to another just like the reaper does.
