Number 4 is called ICE 3 class 403, not Velaro. Class 407 and 408 are based on the Velaro Platform.

@soundsliketrain i guess youll have to translate the german wikipedia sites, each class has its own article there you can only access via the general german ice 3 article and they are quite detailed. I wouldn't know about any non german sources tho...
