I have a Toyota Tundra but I’d never say it’s better than my 3 F-250’s with the 7.3L powerstroke’s. All three have way over 500K miles and I pull tractors, skid steers, pull dump trailers with tree debris loads everyday all day. The Stihl 500i is probably the best all around saw for buckin wood by far. The power to weight ratio is about as perfect as can be for anyone who wants to not deal with lower back issues and fatigue by not needing to bend over snd cut through the roof quickly. I’ve been working with Eastonmade to get a log splitter from them.

Good info Chris. I wish I had bought a trailer and tractor before I retired. On a teacher's retirement, itt is out of reach. The big saws are nice I used to have a Jonsered 910 when I was younger, with most people it is the price. i used to make people go WOW when I used it on big stuff. It really speeds up whatever you are doing. I can't use the big ones anymore. Most of my cutting is done with a 50cc. I miss the big saws. I had 3 Toyota Tundras, awesome trucks. I got broad sided last year in my 2006 that I bought new. I was hit on my door by a dodge minivan doing 65 mph. 15 broken ribs. I went to buy a new one and was blown away by the price. I paid 26 for the one I had, new ones are 80. Had to buy a Tacoma and really couldn't afford that. Miss my Tundra
