That's absolutely true. I have been thinking of getting into real estate, but don't have the funds for it. I did a little research on real estate and was shocked by the amount of work and capital it requires. Many people forget the hard work behind real estate and focus on the result. Also, their perception is diluted by the flashy real estate investors things they post on social media and they think they could have the same things.
