Most affordable concealers for skin of colour don't do enough undertones for each level of darkness. The colors are usually really unbalanced. Unfortunately only luxury brands get the undertones balanced right.

have u tried using barely any of the it cosmetics like a tiny amount and instead of setting with setting powder but if you spray ur brush with urban decay setting spray and then use that brush to stipple the setting spray into the product it does set the product and it provides coverage and for me it doesnt settle down in the creases when i do it that way and i like the way it feels

Omg I cannot disagree more about the Bye Bye Undereye!! What I love about it is specifically that it's so thick and high-coverage. The secret for me is using the TINIEST bit of it. Literally the smallest bit. It blends in seamlessly with my skin but gives the coverage I need. I usually don't even set it because it's such a small bit. It's amazing. I use this same technique with the Tarte Creaseless concealer that so many ppl seem to hate lol.

The Too Faced Born this way formula is perfect, it lasts all day and doesn't crease. Perfect for my dry skin, you only need a tiny amount of product but the shade range is absolutely terrible. I have medium olive skin and use Golden beige under my eyes but there isn't a single shade that I can use on the rest of my face. I hated the foundation but the concealer is sadly one of my favorite products of all time.

I'm 59 and have been using the Too Faced concealer for about 4, maybe 5 years. I LOVE the Too Faced Concealer----especially for when I am going for a full face "take my time" make up look. It last all day, applying is different than a serum concealer, I tap on, wait about a minute then tap with my brush. It is full coverage but doesn't settled into my "lines of life". Last year I bought my summer skin tone shade in this concealer during the Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty....I used this during the summer mixed with my Naturium moisturizer as a skin tint...worked perfectly. When I am on the go, and putting on a quick face (that sounds funny), I rely on Maybelline and Neutrogena. My #1 all time fav is Pat McGrath! P.S. I HATE the It Cosmetics concealer too!!! I love when the 2 of you allow your worlds to collide and do these videos. I enjoy them so much!!!! Happy New Year!!!!

My holy grail used to be the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear until I discovered the Lancôme serum concealer…what a game changer on my dry 52 year old under eyes.

Wow so much hate for the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye concealer. It's my absolute favourite, go-to concealer. The only concealer that is able to cover up my genetic dark under-eye circles without creasing or looking dry. It's got a beautiful radiant finish and lasts all day. Yes, it's got a thick texture, but it's easy to work with and a little goes a long way. I highly recommend it!

I used to looooove the it cosmetics bye bye under eye when I was a teen and totally agree with how Nikki said to use it. But definitely something that is for a natural look (even though it’s full coverage) bc u really can’t set it nicely. Haven’t used in forever though.

I miss the Too Faced Born This Way foundation & concealer. I stopped using foundation but I'd repurchase the concealer in 2 shades & be happy to use it again. I'm currently wanting to try new products that have come out recently, so I'm not sure when if actually I'd buy it again but I was very happy when I did.

I just bought the Bye Bye Undereye Serum concealer and it's great! I tried the original and hated it; too thick and unblendable but this new one is great. my mascara doesn't smudge with it which a problem for me.

I love the bye bye it cosmetics concealer, I use it as foundation (I have a lot of freckles), it stays on all day, One time it was raining really hard, got my face wet, but my makeup stay on..😊

I can only use olive toned or yellow toned concealers. Nars radiant is a favorite but they have very few olive friendly choices. I use 2.6 Café con leche but i did have to return another orange looking shade which was so bad on me.

Please help!!! The new vegan urban decay all night concealer is NOT at all the same as the previous formulation. I miss the way it dried down and didn’t need to set it. The shades are completely different as well. I’ve tried the NARS ultra creamy concealer but it’s really cakey. If anyone remembers the old Urban decay concealer and misses it as much please help?? So much on the market is creamy and I’m not looking for that. I want natural that dries down. Any suggestions??

Hi, I am VERY MATURE, and have had dry skin my entire life. I am constantly trying new concealers as most are made for younger, oilier skin. Angie on Hot and Flashy uses Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear , so I tried it and now on my second tube. I use only a very small amount to my inner eye area, as fortunately I don't have really dark areas. I use alot of skincare prep, and find this doesn't crease or look dry or cakey and I NEVER powder; at this age, powder is not my friend, and I stopped using anything powder in my 30's, when finding cream products was rare. I thought the NARS was horrible- definitely not for dry, mature skin. I also use the Maybelline Rewind when I am not wearing alot of makeup or I will use it on top of the Lancôme as a bit of extra brightening, or touch up during the day. I am someone who touches up with eye cream, during the day, as I need the extra hydration.

After hearing your hateful thoughts about the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye concealer, I now doubt your opinions about everything else! I keep buying all the new hyped concealers but this oldie/goldie still beats them. Cost effective, long lasting, full coverage, sets beautifully with powder etc.

The Nars doesn’t have a lot of reviews because Nars only recently came to Ulta.

I did like the Shape Tape a lot for about 6 months and then completely didn’t at all. It’s just too much. I like something thinner and more hydrating. It’s just a lot. But if you’re into a full full coverage I can see why you like it.

I was so disappointed to hear your opinion on the Bye Bye Undereye! I also use the tiniest amount and warm between my ring fingers. It is the only concealer that doesn't accentuate my fine lines. I can see why a makeup artist may not like it because it does take some finessing.

The Live Tinted concealer makes me so sad - I bought it and loved it, but god that applicator is just so awful. It's a brush applicator and the brush bristles start shedding all over your face within 2 uses of the product, and by one to two weeks in, all the bristles just completely come out of the wand as if they aren't even adhered to the wand at all. I initially thought mine was just defective but then saw that the majority of reviewers on Ulta had the same exact experience. It broke my heart to return the concealer, but it's impossible to use until they actually swap their applicator out for one that is at LEAST usable.

Thank you for not supporting brands that don't cater to people of color. Like the other poster said the color might be okay but then the undertone is very weird and comes off red or gray if more people refuse to support narrow shade ranges then we would get somewhere

Okay, re: the Too Faced concealer shades. Nikki, 30 shades may be average, but not when they’re disproportionately beige! Like, c’mon! Whether the reviewer were using it as a concealer or contour (even if it hadn’t been marketed as a contour product), that shade range is not acceptable.
