@@Rain_Michael I'm in between whether to keep my X4 as I struggle with the work flow of it and so does my laptop. On the other hand I've captured some great shots.

@@ActionmanninI struggled at first too. But I started getting more used to it. Yeah you can get some really unique and creative shots with it

Nice! Why do you prefer 24fps instead of 30fps in your videos?
@Rain_Michael2 ай бұрын
It's just personal preference for the content I'm capturing and how 24 fps looks to me. If I was doing high speed action I might choose 30 instead.
@yanakirichkova5657Ай бұрын
24fps gives a more a cinematic look I think
@Rain_MichaelАй бұрын
@@yanakirichkova5657 Yes! Also, there's something that looks artificial about 30 fps to my eyes. It's hard not to know I'm watching a video and can pull me out of the experience and being full immersed.

Sure. I edit my videos using Davinci Resolve. I highly recommend it. The free version has roughly 90% of the paid version. And the paid version is pretty cheap compared to some of the others.

I'm not using Davinci resolve myself, but it looks like you are making a mistake in your transitions. You are fading both layers. I guess you should only fade in the top layer. If both your layers are at 50%, you can see through booth, likely resulting in a darker picture.
@Rain_Michael2 ай бұрын
Thanks for pointing that out. I actually did that on purpose. Nonstarter made. I tried all different kinds of fades and liked how that looked the best. Don’t was an artistic choice resulting from experimentation. :-)
