At the professor fight I suggest you to turn off DBM's alerts for Unbound Plague since it's just a spam. Also use Curse of Exaustion on the green ooze as soon as it spawns to reduce its cast time by 30% and gain more time to kill it.

New to warlock here. I was under the impression that you want to life tap, pre shadow bolt, hit your pot and lay all your dots before hitting corruption. However, i notice you only life tap and then open with corruption. Did this change or was i misinformed? Any insight would be a huge help.

you can open with corruption, so u can get the haste buff, then when u get all the buffs and debuffs on target, u reapply/snapshot Corruption.

if ur haunt gose down on a target is a dps losse spciali at 25% u losse ur 3 stack cuz u dont stack it with shadow bolt any more just with haunt

Ofc, During execute phase, If you time haunt, u won’t need SB to keep up Shadow Embrace stacks. In some cases… for example, u will lose Shadow embrace stacks at PP/LK and during longer execute phase, since you have to keep on moving. In those cases, it’s a dps loss if Do 2xSB and haunt instead of Drain Soul to keep Shadow Embrace stacks up to 3. :)
