That's because Yasuharu Takanashi is a musical genius, you can hear it in his tracks for other anime, like Fairy Tail or Log Horizon.

Ramen This song however is not one of his. It was composed by Toshio Masuda, who is an even greater genius (see Mushishi soundtrack).
