This is a fantastic overview of the basic sensors in an internal combustion engine. As someone who is interested in cars, I found it very informative and easy to understand. Thank you for sharing!

Hey Bro, I like your videos are very helpful. Btw i got a question, which sensor controls the electronic EGR valve because my hyundai accent egr valve is opening/closing at a wrong time thats why my car jerks sometimes.

Hi there, EGR valve is completely depended on MAP and MAF sensors. It also uses pedal position sensors readings too. So the ECM uses data from these 3 components and control EGR accordingly.

@@brightsource206 ok thank you, big help. I remember my car hesitates almost every morning when i use it but doesnt happen at idle. After driving for about 5 to 10 km i park it, and drive again and the jerking go away sometimes. Even when ive driving the for hours sometimes it hesitates. Thats i need to park for awhile and drive again and It goes away sometimes. U might have an idea with this. Your thoughts will be much appreciated bro. I have this prob for 3 yrs now.

This might be a problem with EGR or Throttle Body.

@@brightsource206 i already replaced the whole egr but not OEM. probably you're right coz i noticed my Throttle body is always open and does not respond to my pedal but sometimes it reacts when i pressed the pedal and the jerking goes away. But i dont have any error code for throttle body on my scanner. But the throttle body will close and open for few seconds when i first start the engine, it also moves when i stop the engine.
