I have several small devotionals. The one I bought for 2021 is pink & has the beginning of my favorite scripture on the front "Be Still and Know..." It has ribbons & butterflies embossed in the cover & the complete scripture is embossed on the back. I'm really excited to get started in my new Bible & new devotional. I also have my journal ready for monthly Scripture Writing. A lot of the ones you show though look very interesting. I may have to check a couple of those out. Thanks for sharing, Cat. new years eve will look very different for me... goodwills, half price books, hobby lobby, home goods and dollar tree. excited to start my study and journaling... would love the HOPE book... definitely living up to my name.

I haven't found one that is better than Streams in the Desert, but I'm still looking. Great review of devotionals, and a few look very interesting.

I'm going through a good study book now called Discovering Joy in Philippians. there's also one on Psalms and Jesus in the Old Testament I think. Pam Farrel, Jean Jones. it's been really good. another lady does some art work so there's room for coloring, and lots of suggestions for creativity but just the study itself I'm finding to be really good

You can download a free PDF of "Rediscover Jesus" by Matthew Kelly. Google the title to find out where & how. I got the physical book free from his website I believe but it was quite some time ago & isn't offered free now.

I have both, and those books have helped me so much in my bible study. Now, I can say I study the bible on purpose and paying attention to every word.
