I upgraded from a regular 11 to the 12 Pro Max, and I love it. The 12 with the leather MagSafe case was the same width as the 11 was with a Mous or Apple silicone case, and only a little bit taller. So it didn’t feel nearly as large as some reviewers and influencers let on. It is well balanced, but I will say it feels easier to handle with the Apple leather case than without it. Extremely snappy performance. The cameras, screen, and the bezels are all huge upgrades from the 11.

Best phone I’ve ever had easily. Sometimes I take it out of the case at home cuz this new design just feels amazing in your hand lol feels so premium. Thanks for the great review! Got my Pacific Blue Pro Max yesterday. Coming from an XS Max, there’s a huge difference in the camera system, which is my main drive. The few low light photos I’ve taken thus far are incredible. Also, even though it’s a tad taller and heavier than the XS Max, the flat edges make it easier to hold for me. Feels great in the hand.

@@LadyAnut It’s def a huge improvement in lighting that’s lower then optimal. For daytime snaps or indoor in good lighting, you may not see an apparent difference until you zoom in, but it’s when you start shooting in lower light conditions where it shines, and even in good lighting, it has deep fusion which makes a big difference in capturing detail in intricate subjects. The increased computational power of the A14 means that portrait mode is def much better. I shot a few already and it it’s much better at figuring out what to blur in the background. Not sure if this was the neural engine or having the LIDAR, but it’s def better than the XS. Not just quality, but the added ultra wide is something I was def looking forward to. Any way you look at it, it’s an improvement over the XS and older models. Another thing to consider is the improvement in stabilization for shooting stills and video. Cheers.

Also on xanax for panic attacks so my brain at the time and even now is not firing on all cylinders lol.
