@6:50. I like that the fluid spray on the back is timed so that it comes out just before the wiper starts which allows the the wiper actually use the fluid to clean the back window. On my old Ford Expedition the fluid was timed so that it came out after the wiper started.

They’re just a great all around vehicle . They drive great are super comfortable and you can tow up to 7,400lb . We just looked at a 2024 and loved everything about it except the rear storage area , I’m not sure what they were thinking but it was a deal breaker for us . Thanks for sharing

@@Landcruiser252 $12,750 but should have been $10k because didn't realize the rear subframe crossmember was rotted out. You couldn't see it because the spare tire obscured it...but I was able to source one at a salvage yard...basically had to rip out the whole rear end to replace it...a buddy helped me do the work. These are great vehicles and I'm glad to have it...engines pulls like it was new.

Hello from Manitoba!! I’m a subscriber and I appreciate your videos!! I have a 2011 Sequoia Limited and it was your previous video that sold me on the Ready Lift Levelling Kit so I bought the same one that you did and had it installed. Now........I need the details on the air bag system your running, I need/want a system for my Sequoia. Reason is, I noticed immediately after I had the levelling kit installed, the front was noticeably higher than the rear and when I hooked onto my 19’ Lund fishing boat......did I ever notice the height difference from the front compared to the rear! So, any and all info would be appreciated. Would you have done anything differently knowing what you know now after all the updates you have done up to this point? Any future plans for yours? Thanks very much for any/all your advice and information! Rick

Hi Rick! Thanks for the support by subscribing we appreciate it. As for the air bags I thought we had it in a video but can't look it up right now. We added Air lift air bags more specifically Air lift 1000...part number 60786. Hope this helps! Also a note I just thought of, our mechanic mounted the air bags upside down so the air lines weren't coming out of the bottom but the top so the air lines couldn't get as damaged easily.

Really appreciate this coming from another family looking at a used platinum for ski trips and road trips, we are looking at this or a LX570, I think the space of the sequoia is winning so far - have you had the dreaded cam tower leak ? What would it cost to repair in Canada ?

Our Winter's shown are Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2 Studded 265/75/R16 (we are huge fans of Nokian Hakkapeliitta Studded and only buy them as our winter tires, got them on our Land Rover too). Just in case you are interested...Our newest summers are Toyo Open Country A/T3 275/70/R18, we were running Cooper Discoverer 275/70/R18 before but found they got loud after a few seasons. We have a 2 inch lift so all of these are bigger than stock.

@@OffRoadDiscovery Are you happy with that lift on the truck? I also want to lift mine and don't want to spend a lot of money for the "proper" lift kit (springs and coils). Do those spacers hurt the ride comfort a lot? Thanks!
@OffRoadDiscovery
@OffRoadDiscovery 8 ай бұрын
@@maxe9220 Yes we are happy with the ReadyLIFT, a big reason vs doing springs and coils was cost but also the ability to keep all stock Toyota parts so if we are on a trip and need to get something repaired Toyota will be able to handle anything that needs to be done on our vehicle. The spacers don't hurt the ride at all...but it's been so long with them that maybe I forget the beforehand!
