Watching Joe and Kendall's first break up makes me understand so much of what is happening with them in this season on Paradise. I think that Joe was the one carrying the relationship. This Kendall of a couple of years ago is the same Kendall now. Joe definitely deserves better. She needs let him be happy.

Yes! I so agree, and he moved for her, and she wasn’t even willing to even try, that speaks volumes. I think Kendall sort of had him (possibly unintentionally) on a hook the whole time because he was always the one driving it and going after her, then after they ended it and he moved on, she really realized what she’d lost.

Joe is a great guy, but Kendall can’t see past the blue collar grocery store vibe. He could make billions of dollars for doing it but I think she’d still prefer a hundred thousandaire making money as a CEO of some tech company. It boils down to classism. As long as he makes money using his hands he’ll be seen as lower class.

Clay wanted to still be together and did like her, Nicole wanted a husband to have a husband, if she really wanted Clay they could have just dated, you can still date after the show without being full-blown engaged, not everyone is ready for all that after a few weeks. Hell the dating relations usually last longer.

Hard to blame them. Seems a bit unrealistic to expect people to be ready to be engaged to someone they have only known a couple months, if that. There's a lot of things to consider outside of paradise too. Especially if they don't even live in the same state. I have a hard time blaming people for having doubts or not feeling ready.

The way Kendall treated Joe the first time out was bs. Plain and simple. Then they gave it a real shot and it basically boiled down to her not wanting to relocate. Which is totally fair and her choice. So they rightfully ended. Joe at least tried Cali for her though. Now here we are full circle in Paradise and I'm glad Joe has moved on. I don't really understand what she was attempting to accomplish. You don't want to move, neither does he, it's over.

@@Rachel-rs7jn you’re entitled to that opinion, but I disagree. Every time I watch this (even when it was airing), I think the same thing. Have a conversation. Don’t freak out and run away. That’s not the mature way to handle things. I too have been on both ends and have been able to talk about it. Now if he were cussing her or talking down to her that would be one thing but he wasn’t. He tried to be respectful of her, even though yes, he did hurt her.

Carly is not dramatic. Kirk said he was having doubts about their relationship but still pretend to be fine with Carly.. so what if was pretending from the beginning with Carly too?. I've watched this season and I noticed that Kirk look interested in other women too but is probably just a coward and playing it safe with Carly which went on till the end. He probably used Carly to stay until the next big thing come in but he digged himself so deep with his play pretend with Carly and he knows the other contestants won't like his backstabbing so he keep choosing Carly People saying he's a great guy while I can smelled his dishonesty from my screen lol

He loved her but he was fighting it because he’d always pictured himself with a quiet girl like Caila. He was worried if he tried with Ashley it would end and he’d break her heart. But he also couldn’t let her go. Meanwhile she couldn’t understand why he kept pushing her away because the reason he was pushing her away was dumb.
