Fear and guilt is what really lowers our frequency. Most important is our state of consciousness and self realization which in turn transmutes lower energies. This goes beyond the physical and can override lower densities in the body. Many souls have lived on earth many lifetimes and resonate with animal proteins. I feel that too. I was a half year completly without meet or products from animals. When I was pregnant my Body was so screaming for meat. I felt so guilty to eat Meat... I appreciate this video immensely. I started meditating and spiritually awakening and the first major turn off for me was meat. Just the thought of it started to repulse me. This makes so much sense as to why I naturally reduced or cut these 5 things out of my diet once my spiritual journey started. Some was because I was instructed to from meditation. This was super helpful. I completely changed my diet overnight in June, no alcohol, caffeine, animal products, nightshades, this was a calling. I'm still consuming some gluten, but after this video, I'm done! People were shocked when I suddenly changed by diet and asked me why and it was hard to explain because I didn't know the full reason for why they're bad for you. As many different fruit and vegetables as I can. I've had to find substitutions. Tofu, caulirice, shirataki noodles/rice, humus, chickpeas, lentils, dates when I'm craving some sugar, falafal. I have gluten free sourdough bread with basil pesto sometimes, chickpea and spinach pasta, vegan cheese sometimes, almond milk, different nuts, buckwheat, quinoa. I use a rosemary&olive dry spice, black pepper, a vegetable dry spice. I have found vegan gluten free cake that the organic little food store that I shop at near me sells (on occassion). I use some olive oil & avocado oil to cook with. They even sell a vegan cream cheese and vegan gluten free biscuits. I've stopped using all red spices. I do a lot of oven cooking with my veg. I experiment a lot, like gemsquash in the oven with the vegan cream cheese. Beans are also good, I'm experimenting with black beans at the moment. Coffee and green tea substitutes: chichory, roasted mesquite bean powder (South African product) = best substitute for coffee that I've found, and cacao, a teaspoon of honey with hot water in the morning, I found a licorice & peppermint tea that I love. Google, research, find products, experiment. I learnt and make improvements as I go along. Like I currently have a liitle more sugar & oil in my diet than I'm comfortable with, I'll get better at it. When out socialising and for work, salads & fruit become my go-tos. You figure things out as you go 🙂✨🌻

Since three years I continuously changed my diet . I started with ending up drinking coffee or other caffeine drink. alcohol was never on the list, so I didn’t need to quit 🤪 then I began to not have any meat and fish anymore and I feel very comfortable with that! Thank no milk producs. Now the task is to eliminate gluten to the fullest. For me it is a step by step journey. At the moment it feels like I still need fresh tomatoes. I know in some month I will have been created new habits, and eliminated more dark stuff out of my energy field. It is a process. For me it is importance, that the impulse comes out of my heart. Not with pressure from outside. Than I can easily adapt new strategies. Thank you so much Mariya! 💕

Everybody is different and responds different to substances… I often watch a very very spiritual lady Amanda Ellis from the UK who channels Metraton and does it while drinking coffee… I also know many spiritual people including Dolores Cannon who would eat chicken and fish… and I know a doctor who says most of his patients have been vegetarian at some point in their lives which have caused them many health issues… I tried myself to be vegetarian for three years and lost so much weight I felt very weak and like I had no energy… it was not healthy… So it’s best to listen to your body and see how it responds to what you eat… that would help you to figure out what you can eat or not, based on your own experiences not on what other people tell you!

When it comes to identifying what to eat and what not to eat, We don't need her to tell us. We need to go within, meditate on the questions and discover the answers for ourselves. I found on my own that eliminating these items were better for me but sometimes I still eat seafood and everyday I drink chocolate via a cacao ceremony ( which has some caffeine) but Im ok with it. It is ethically sourced, produced and traded and i thank god for it everyday. Because of what ratios I allow these in, I feel clear energetically speaking. I can vouch for the alcohol as I experienced entity attacks severely after consumption. I can also feel the fear or anxiety if the animal after eating it. Before I cleaned my energetic field I could not feel it. I was numbed like most of us can be. So I appreciate her talking about this but we have answers that suit us.

The last thing I gave up, was coffee… just over a month now! 🥰 I feel more energetic and my skin is definitely brighter ❤ I’ve been doing intense spiritual work on myself over the past 3 years, so it makes sense that my body suddenly started having allergic reactions to these foods. I understand the reasoning behind eliminating these foods, but I disagree with eating meat for myself right now. After being on psych drugs for many years, my body became very toxic and inflamed. I first quit gluten & caffeine with positive results in gut health & reduced weight. I then tried a more vegetarian diet with a lot of gastric distress, so I switched to Keto. This way of eating made me have cravings like mad! I decided to try an elimination diet and began eating the carnivore way- beef, eggs, fish, and small amounts of dairy. In the 2+ years I have been eating this way, I have gotten off all pharmaceutical meds, autoimmune issues have improved dramatically, I no longer use a CPAP, and my inflammation markers have dropped from 14+ on my CRP to 3.5. Regarding my spiritual development, I feel more connected than ever. I am still determining how long I will be with this lifestyle, but for now, I need to consider the health of the body where my spiritual self resides.

There's no one size fit all. Even in spiritual journey. It's individual. I also have experienced similar issues. I have very severe IBS that I was unaware of for a long time. I turned vegan 2 years ago because I absolutely believe in it's principles but 4 months in and all my body systems were on fire and completely inflamed. I had to bring animal products back to my diet and reduce vegetables and fully low fodmap diet.

Totally agree. I had the same experience. I went vegetarian and then vegan and realised that my hair got completely white and was extremely deficient in B12 even though I was taking B12 supplements. I was sick and miserable from being in pain and extremely bloated. Turns out because of my IBS my body cannot tolerate any type of beans and cannot process synthetic B12 supplements. Once I started eating meat again I started feeling better and all my white hair started growing back with pigment and bloating disappeared. I make sure all meat and eggs are always organic but everyone is so different and has different needs. I think Eckhart Tolle eats meat and I believe he’s one of the most enlightened people I heard of. So it might be true for her but it doesn’t have to be true for all of us

@@izabelam9416 I'm so glad we are listening to our bodies. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and need B12 shots plus supplements because I don't absorb B vitamins well. Methylation is also a problem, which carbs make worse. Veggies have carbs!

Indian vegetarian here😂. A vegetarian diet has to be very varied and the best way to follow being vegetarian is to go on a traditional Indian diet simply because over so many years they have solved all the problems involved. Vegetables have to be cooked, butter paneer is not traditional, you can't be vegan- dairy , ghee is necessary. We rotate the lentils, beans, pulses every day. Make fresh yogurt, homemade pickles. Fresh rice or breads from wheat, millets and whole grains. Spices should be used according to the season, and weather. Its very difficult to follow, but worth it and i can understand why it won't work for everyone. For you i will suggest- focus on minimizing the suffering. Organic grass fed cow milk, free range chicken and eggs, non farm raised fish. You also don't need a lot of meat. Try combining it with well cooked small portions of vegetables. Eat early dinner and not two meals a day.

Please write a book about nutrition. Ever since my mom survived cancer, 10 years ago.. I’ve been on a journey studying and trying all kinds of diets until spirituality gave me the answers but there isn’t really anyone going into details like this. I’d read this back to back, as I have a lot of breast benign lumps and I’m willing to do anything if it’s the truth. I just want to be healthy and feel safe consuming what’s right for me in an era where it’s so hard to find food that isn’t already poison Thank you 🙏 ❤

Yes I feel processed foods are much more toxic and “dead” than say meat from animals raised and butchered ethically. On our ranch our cows are free range and our butcher knows how to put them to sleep in a gentle way. Also many animals (all predators) kill for survival, this does not make them any less spiritual.

I‘m surprised I‘m still alive, because I consume everything you just mentioned (besides nicotin), but I have to admit that I feel very low and always tired for quite some time now. But when I tried a diet of only raw fruits and vegetables a few years ago it has been even worse. I‘ve been so tired at that time that I had to lie down during the day a few times and I was cold all the time. So I stopped after 4 weeks. 🤷🏻♀ But I will definitely lower gluten, this should not be problematic in these days with so many alternatives available 👍🏻

The experience you had with going raw was nothing more than your body detoxing. You can ween off a normal diet with a simple diet alterations and then stage into raw diet. It will help with the severe detox symptoms

Could you give further examples beyond these 5 foods, which are not good for us spiritually and physically? Could you name a few examples of foods which are good for us, besides fruit and vegetables? Mariya, this type of video is not as helpful as you think it is. I spent more than 20 years not fully committing to my spiritual practices and following my path because of "spiritual teachers" who basically said I couldn't be spiritual if I ate meat. I didn't feel worthy of "being spiritual" and still deal with that. It wasn't until several years ago when the Universe led me to multiple spiritual teachers over a short period of time who understood that these physical bodies still have certain needs and, in fact, veganism can be very harmful for some bodies at this time. We are not there yet as a people where our bodies can live without the diet of our ancestors. Also, plants don't want to be eaten either. That's why they release toxins when eaten which causes problems for many people who eat a diet only consisting of them. This type of information feels outdated to me as many teachers now have come to understand that while not ideal, meat is still needed for most of our bodies. There comes a point in time for many vegans where the health will start to decline and they will be led back to the answer, even as sad as it is. And don't get me wrong, it is sad.

Wow.. this resonates so much with me Though I'm not a meat eater, i feel very guilty about being a dairy consumer.. but it's not easy to go vegan... But I think we can take a bit of liberty here not to alter our diet too much, and maintain more discipline in other aspects like not skipping spiritual practices or staying closer to nature...😊

Hey Mariya ☺️ This is a little unrelated, but I had a sense of deja-vu to a dream from some nights ago, where i was just standing in front of you looking into your eyes and feeling like i had a friend. I think you put your hand on my cheek, but maybe I'm making that part up. When i remembered it in my waking life, i felt an overflowing sense of love wash over me, which i really needed in a time where I'm not necessarily feeling a lot of it from others 😅 in fact, it's funny that you posted this video at this time, because the barbeque smells in my city have been extra strong and tempting lately... I've said this in a comment before, but your other food video inspired me to veganism which I've held close to my heart as a life pact for the past couple years. + Giving up rice, (most soy), and all carbs along the way. These past couple weeks though, I've thought about breaking that pact just for a quick little hit of a beef sandwich (How bad could it be right?) Well as someone who pretty much used to be on a carnivore/carbs/nightshade diet, I'm really glad i didn't give into the temptation. Post-clarity, i cannot imagine going back to that diet EVER in ANY capacity. Veganism is the best choice I've ever made and i will preach it till the cows come home. I mean seriously dude, that video changed my freaking life so drastically. I wish i could just hug you a million times over for what you've woken me up to, even if most people think I'm crazy for it 😂 Anyways, i don't know if your appearance in my dream was intentional by your spirit, or if it even was you at all lol, but regardless it meant a lot to me as a friend, because it felt like the first time being SEEN in quite a while. Thank you so much for all of your patience and wisdom. You are the most awesome person to me 🫂🤍

What baffles me is she tells us not to eat certain veggies .. But weekly exposes herself to toxic nail chemicals .. possibly makeup and hair chemicals too. Eliminate that before worrying about a piece of fruit.

She is human…. She is sharing information with us but she is also fighting her demons. She mentioned in another video she drinks coffee because she can’t without it but she only has 1 cup per day. Also, you pick and choose your battles, thus she is wearing makeup and gets her nails done. You can detox yourself from heavy metals and toxins so I’m sure she does well for herself. She is not forcing you to do anything this is simply information. You decide for yourself.

I never drink. Not due to any religious mandate. I just always knew I shouldn’t drink. I always had a feeling about this. So when I try a bit of alcohol at a wedding or for a VERY special occasion ( honestly 2-3 times a YEAR for me, and that’s 1 drink max), I actually don’t feel anything. I feel absolutely nothing, if anything, I feel worse and depressed or I feel LESS manic or less happy or less cheerful, which is weird. But that’s how it’s ALWAYS been for me. I’m the same w other drinks, I either drink water ( mostly) or coffee/ tea ( less into these) and almost never alcohol or juice or anything sparking.

I have a question: is it possible that after an awakening or after we’ve done some spiritual healing does the body naturally reject the foods you mentioned? The reason I ask is cuz after I went through different spiritual awakenings along my journey my body actually got allergic to gluten & alcohol. Then my body started rejecting caffeine as well, like my body use to be able to drink matcha but after one of my awakenings matcha & other caffeine beverages started to make me wig out & make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack so I stopped drinking caffeine. Listening to this made me go woah cuz my body naturally started rejecting some of the foods you mentioned after I went through several spiritual awakenings/ancestral healings.

What about quinoa? Quinoa mimics wheat gluten (as does dairy) and literally gave my partner seizures, because he was very gluten sensitive. Is quinoa safe spiritually for people who are not gluten sensitive?

Quinoa buckwheat millet are gluten free and rice but check on the package that it hasn’t traces from wheat 🌾 in the manufacturing

I did keto and it’s the best my health ever has been and I’m very chronically ill with a lot of genetic rare conditions with no cures with comorbities. Keto reversed my diastolic heart failure and fatty liver and lost 120 pounds and had alot of energy and pain levels and arthritis were the lowest they have been and I ate meat like crazy . I have gotten off track over the last few years due to some hardships in life and my health has really declined since not being on it I hardly eat meat anymore and I believe it’s a big reason why I’m doing worse plus now eating more carbs and sugar and I’ve never been a sugar person . I plan to try to get back on it it’s just unfortunate how expensive it is to eat healthy now or at all. I also suffer with nocturnal sleep related eating disorder sleep and eat without recollection mid sleep with sleep walking. 😭 I also have binge eating disorder as well anyways point being I think it all depends on everyone’s body’s because as I mentioned meat I believe saved my life my cardiologist who is specialized for some of my genetic conditions said red meat is ok if it’s helping your health and the fact it reversed my heart failure and fatty liver and cured them is testament to everyone’s bodies are different I also know people who were vegan for over 15 years specifically one of my friends and her dr said she needed meat even if it’s just eggs to start, she got very sick over time while vegan and when she started adding meat into her diet her health got immensely better! I also know some people who don’t do well with meat! Body’s are amazing and how we are all so different!

Weighing in here as I think what’s not being talked about in this conversation is SOVEREIGNTY… we are innately and soulfully protected always, unless we choose not to be. I do not think food has the power to attack our sovereignty, but I have experienced many years in this body where I let that belief system take over. This is such a loaded topic - one where the patriarchy has controlled the narrative among others. I will say, there’s beautiful farming happening today raising/producing regenerative beef (for example). These farming practices are nourishing planet earth. There’s incredible organic wines being grown, farm to table is going viral, and we are learning the benefits of tallow for healing our skin and anti-aging. And to remember that Jesus even refilled the wine at the table! 😂 All to say: I grew up with a female lineage of women who wouldn’t let themselves eat anything without feeling guilty. This video just continues that narrative of feeling bad for eating a certain way and wanting to enjoy what we came to earth to experience in the first place. This isn’t judgement to those of you who avoid these foods, I just think it’s steals the truth that in our own sovereignty- there is nothing that can hurt us if we stand in the power that it can’t. ❤ also, I am also Italian 😂 (PS I love all of Mariya’s books and they’ve changed my life!)
