Hello! Great video as usual with mouthwatering deals, need your advise on my next IEM. So I had the Hifiman HE400SE and Fosi Audio SK01 as a combo, and loved using it for the long hours in office where I could book a room and work all day long (Open planar magnetics, so need silence to enjoy listening). They were also great for gaming. But as people have started returning to office, it has become harder and harder to book a room to myself. Had to sell off the the combo with a heavy heart. I am now looking for an IEM as they are great for isolation and hardly leak as much as open back planar mags. I am confused between the Pula PA02/CKLVX, Simgot SM4 or the Aful Performer 5 or Binary Chopin. Pula is coming the cheapest for me, almost similar to CKLVX, then SM4, then Chopin and P5 being the costliest (not huge difference). Have heard rave reviews about the new SM4. Are they arguably the best of the bunch? I listen mostly to soundtracks like Dune, Dark Knight, Pop songs (Jason De Rulo and other mainstream pop artists) and play games like Valorant and Apex Legends. TIA for the advise!

Was able to snag the Performer 5 for $151 on AliExpress. With Dunu Ss tips Have the SuperMix 4 on the way as well. My Dac/amp is the FIIO K5 pro ess and dawn pro I got for $80 and $40. Just starting this hobby. First pair was the Truth ear reds. How does my set up look as a beginner? And what would you suggest my next upgrade be? Add to the IEM collection or upgrade the DAC. Music is mostly Rap/hip hop like but also a little of everything. Also gaming, Apex Legends and Rocket League. Appreciate your videos! Definitely my go-to for knowledge on this

How do you feel about AFUL P5 compared to Supermix 4? I have the latter and was thinking about getting P5, SM4 feel too bright and forward in vocals for me.

It’s a great all arounder. It’s my go-to. Sounds good with everything. Tips are easy to fit. If you can get under $150 I recommend. If not there’s something probably newer better options. Just got the Tea Pros and they sound amazing. Though if I was to buy only one set for general use it would probably be the P5

Pretty neat! I am just getting into the hobby too, i got TRI Starsea and Tinhifi T3+ back when they were popular and kind of forgot about audio for 3-4 years. Now i am getting back into the rabbit hole and frankly, crazy to see how much everything has improved. Aful P5 was on my radar unfortunately i seem to just barely missed all recent discounts. All good tho since 11.11 is on the horizon. In the meanwhile, i ordered Letshuoer S12 Pro + DT03 (their recently released dac) for 165$ on Aliexpress. Could've gotten just the S12 Pros for 105-110$ but i don't have a dac anyway and that one seems clinical/analog which is something i want to try. Onix Alpha and Dawn Pro were on top of my list but i kind of want to start with something clean to see how iems actually sound instead of having coloration.
