Regarding tuning, the Cantor's tuning appears to be between the Aful Performer 8 and the Myer-Audio CKLVX CK-D41. While this tuning is not for some, there clearly are a lot of people who really enjoy this tuning since some genres really make this tuning stand out. For that matter, the shells and the cables and the other accessories also appear to stand out.

4K Res really show the beauty of the CANTOR , I really enjoyed watching this video , Thank You. most IEMs stem are too shallow fit , you don't hear enough detail , when I pushed in deeper you can here the bass rumble more properly and vibrate as well.

Cantor was among my top listens at CJ SoCal 2023. And it was the prototype. Can’t wait to hear the final version. Think I’ll agree with you that this is a disruptor.

Very interested in this iem due to the combination of the small nozzle width and all of your comparisons. I prefer more U-shaped tuning with a slightly more relaxed presentation, so this seems up my alley in terms of both fit and listening. Will have to follow up if I decide to pick up a set.

I've had it with chifi in ears, their huge, keep loosing the seal and dropping out, and sound anaemic with trebly sheen all over the place. Gone back with relief to my old Sony H3's. Detail retrieval with chifi planars is good but that's all you get

Somehow I misread the comment like Hijynx wanted the s12 2024 instead of already owning it. I was harsh to try to save him money. My bad (sorry). It's still my opinion though, not taking it back. And my opinion, or anyone else's, shouldn't take from anyone's enjoyment. You can chill too.

Hi Dave, how does fc6 dongle pair with that Cantor? Is the Synergy good? Love the fc6 sound. Saw your DC Elite review on gizaudio, does Cantor with its great technicalities need DCE to shine more or does that analogue sound of fc6 suit it better? Thanks.

I was about to think buying it in a near future but I will rather buy the Softears RSV RS5. I think it can compare to the Aful Cantor in terms of musicality.

I would love to hear your take on the ZiiGaat Arete. Designed by a gamer, but with a "studio tuning" and potentially great drivers... From a graph it's quite similar to the Cantor.
