I love your channel! Instead of tossing your veggie scraps after meal prep, save the onion, celery, and carrot scraps in a freezer bag. They’re perfect to add to poultry bones/carcasses frozen the same way. When you have time use both the bones and veggie scraps to make a delicious IP bone broth.

Thank you for the step by step videos. I received an Instant Pot Duo, for Christmas. It’s overwhelming, with all the buttons, and looking up cooking times. You make it seem so easy. I’ll admit, I have always been afraid of pressure cookers, scalding steam, and explosion stories, from the past.

Today I made soup #3 from this video! All have been great. I made the loaded baked potato, then the broccoli cheddar, and then today made the the pasta fagioli! Thank you so much for making these videos. Your step-by-step instructions helped me move beyond hard boiled eggs in my Instant Pot! I will continue to watch for more incredible recipes. Merry Christmas!

You gave everyone some great cooking tips- cooking garlic for a short time, adding small amounts of soup into the milk until it was close to the temperature of the soup and using corn starch to thicken the soup. Great recipes.

Thanks for a great food video channel. I like the way you teach; easy to follow, ingredients you can find at a regular grocery store. Menu’s of recipes we actually eat regularly and not some menu that we can’t even pronounce name of. Good job! Incidentally, I made my first I-P meal last night...at first I got the “burnt food” warning-removed liner, cleaned up burnt rice and finished cooking the chicken. I really like the meats cooked til they fall apart...yummy!

I am a vegetarian so a lot of them I have to modify or I just ignore the ones that don’t pertain to me. In this one I love the tomato tortellini soup! I’m very excited to try that one. Personally I would love to see more vegetarian instant pot and dishes.😍

I love your soups recipes and have to make some of them after getting enough of the ingredients and try making it. I have to remember the trick with keeping the celery fresher longer so I don't have to throw so much food away. I waste plenty of food by not cooking it and that includes the cheeses, half & half, and other liquids as well. When I am ready to try these soup recipes I have to come back to the pages where the recipes are located and put them to use.

I noticed that you use a knife or finger to get the Better than Bouillon off of your measuring spoon. What I do is heat the water that the recipe calls for in the microwave and then submerge the measuring spoon into the hot water. Now you get all of your bouillon into the soup and no messy hands.

Pasta e fagioli is not a soup and the Olive garden is not an Italian restaurant! Also known as pasta fazool in the south of Italy it still is not a soup. It is pasta that is slightly brothy only in the bottom of the dish and is not treated as nor eaten as a soup. It is actually a vehicle for pecorino Romano cheese. It may have tomato but only a few soup spoons and most Italians make it without tomato and with chicken broth.

Why don't cooks on KZbin seem to like to use modern appliances to cut and chop veggies? Knife work is extremely tedious. A food processor or even a mandolin would make quick work of cuts and a plunge chopper is so quick to get pieces parts of onions or carrots etc.
