Hey! Did you get the job? It’s great that you want to start your own local shop and working at a Starbucks would definitely help. If you do open a local shop you should allow walk in for people with dog friendly dogs to quickly order and then to leave. That’ll definitely help you get more customers because a lot of people like to walk their dogs but it’s hard to go in. Cause they’re walking or a cool thing you can do instead of walking them in is to go orders. So they call over the phone and order them one if your workers could bring the food out. A restaurant I work at did this during Covid.

Trust me I have stuttered at interviews and left feeling dumb. What made me feel better was my mother-in-law was a hiring manager at a corporate office and she told me that the hiring people understand that you will be nervous so the stuttering doesn’t bother them. They just want to know that you are confident in your answers. If that make sense

⁠@@tink6225 It wasn’t hard imo. It’s usually just your overthinking. Just relax and answer the questions as best as possible. They’re mostly team based + customer service questions. They do ask you to tell them about yourself though and your availability.
