As of now, the Brazilian government has extended the visa exemption for the U.S., Canada, and Australia, at least until April 10 of 2025.

@@DontWonderExplore I wouldn't be surprised if it does again later. Who knows. In the meantime, I'm planning on heading to Argentina in December. I am going to visit Iguazu and then check out the Brazil side. I've been to the Argentine side before. I will, of course, see the Argentine side again.

@CBrandonChapman definitely worth seeing to again, as you know! Enjoy!!

@@DontWonderExplore I've been to Niagara a few times. Both sides. It's great. But it doesn't hold a candle to this!

Good tip to know. Since you have been to Iguazu Falls twice, I have a question for you. We will be on a cruise ship that overnight in Buenos Aires. We only have a day to visit the falls. I'm also a photographer and because of our time constraints, which side would you recommend that I visit?
@DontWonderExplore7 ай бұрын
Hello! Thx. I would recommend the Argentinian side for your one day visit! It has more to see, good variety, and the famous devils throat (which to me is really stunning). Any other questions just lmk! Enjoy the trip! Cheers.

@@DontWonderExplore thank you. I ask for recommendation because I hear people say, the Brazil side is for the view and the Argentina side is to be closer to the falls so my immediate thought was the view side might sound nicer.
@DontWonderExplore7 ай бұрын
Yes, people do say that but I still believe the experience is better in Argentina!!

@@DontWonderExplore thank you. It's easier too since I'm coming from Buenos Aires. Crossing the border will require some time.

Yes it will, and you’ll have a full day of action at the AR side as there is plenty to do!

Hey! If you fly to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires... do you need to go to the Iguazu Park and then from there you enter brazil side? How do you get to the brazil side?
@DontWonderExplore6 ай бұрын
Hello! Okay. So “no” you don’t need to go to Iguasu falls “Argentina side” to get to the Brazil side of the falls. The first time I was there we had a taxi drive us to the Brazil side of the falls, and then later in the day bring us to Foz de a Iguazu city in Brazil where we were staying at our hotel. If that is your question. If your question is how to see both sides of the falls well there are bus transfers … so what we did on this recent visit is take transfer from Puerto Iguasu (Argentina side) and one day go to Argentine side of the falls and the next day a different bus to the Brazil side of the falls and then back across the border to Puerto Iguasu where we based. I hope that helps!! Enjoy.

@@DontWonderExplorehow long does it take to go from Iguazú (arg) to the Brazil side of the falls?

@nicoledijkhoff5097 i believe it was less than 2 hours depending on traffic and time at the border!
