How can I hear this in English? Also, where's the ingredient list? That looks to be whipped cream frosting but reg heavy whipping cream frosting is not going to hold up like that unless you stabilize it. If this is a non dairy whipping cream it will be a little bit more stabilized but not enough if you're in a hot climate, much less delivering in such a climate...

Dowelling is highly important, mainly wen ur cake is traveling to long distance, also make sure ur apply Ganache Or any stable frosting on the board placing the cake.. Hope this helps!!
