We had the best time trying all the incredible Gaziantep foods!! This city really surprised us in the best possible way. We tried so many different Gaziantep foods, so many new and different flavors and the best baklava in the world!!! For real!!

It really does! It was the best food we've ever had and we would go back and do it all over again, plus try a few restaurants we couldn't get reservations for! Gaziantep was awesome!

hahahaha no it was çai (tea) - like everywhere in Turkey it all starts or ends (or both!) with hot tea! 🙂 (also, we can't believe you went all the back there to watch that video! thanks Allie ❤️)

For the patlican kebab you have to remove the outer skin (black area) and only eat the inside :-)
