I'm pretty sure they could have done better than that, even in those cars. Not that they would have come close to beating purpose-built AWD racecars, but they clearly have no idea how to drive on ice and/or are intentionally going slower than they could be for humorous effect.

Does anyone happen to know who the other drivers in the ice racing cars where, other than that 'Oliver Penis' bloke? In particular the older chap seen smiling in the sequence they did before the start of the race(not seen in the above clip). His face has always seemed familiar to me from somewhere, think he's another ex-F1 or WRC driver maybe. Thanks in advance to anyone who can enlighten me, this has been bugging me for ages.
