Top Gun Anthem - Joshua Slumbers cover

I'm a huge, huge fan of Top Gun, and with Top Gun: Maverick about to hit the silver screen, I decided to pay tribute to one of the greatest movies of the 80's AND one of the best anthems ever made with a cover of my own. I'm no shredder and I actually had less than a month to learn all the techniques to pull this song off, which I clearly still need plenty of learning to do!
I'm not going to lie, this took me nearly 500 takes and I nearly gave up altogether, but how can I? Pretty glad this even turned out, so enjoy!
