It’s connected by HDMI almost every TV has HDMI. The TV processor doesn’t play a role here. Fire TV is like a separate device your tv is just used for displaying the Fire TV. Buy it it’s great for old TVs

I installed ExpressVPN. I am in Canada and then installed the ROKU channel. All of the content comes up when I have the VPN in the USA however the content will not play. I have unplugged and replugged firestick in and deleted and reinstalled ROKU but still no luck. Seems you have it working in the video. What am I missing?

Roku channel app works fine and if you're not in the USA use a VPN. If you're streaming you should already know what a VPN is, how it works and how to use it. I use Nord but Award is an excellent no log free vpn

I got to your website, the downloads part, saw 'Roku Channels ' moved the downloader cursor onto it then was greeted immediately with an ad....no sign of a 'download' button or link for the Roku Channels...having ads appear is usual, when I visit say techdoctoruk's site and his downloads section there are ads everywhere..but you just scroll down past them and usually a download button appears and your ok to go...I'm not getting that with your site.i click on Roku Channels, I see 'download' appear very quickly then it's gone, replaced by the ad..I close the ad and the usual options appear when you do this, such as , 'ive seen this ad before' etc...I pick any option they offer just to get rid of the darned thing but after that the screen remains white and empty with nothing happening...scrolling down to try and find a download button doesn't work, there's nothing there...I tried over and over again, same results...using a recently purchased fire stick 4k max with numerous apps and tools installed all working fine...apart from the problem with your website as I've outlined here
