Kalyan the worst place to live… no connectivity no proper roads .. neither Its going to be Any good in future… thane to kalyan in peak hour Will take approx 1.30 hours .. instead Navi Mumbai is always good and very clean city…

But what about Navi Mumbai's cost? It does not come under affordable housing in Kalyan avg property rate per sqft is between 7k to 9k. Also for middle class family local trains are more important than road ways which you can easily get from there, Kalyan to Thane 25min Dadar 45min CSMT 1hr Andheri 1hr. Upcoming infrastructure like direct kalyan to navi mumbai local train, kalyan metro, samruddhi marg it will solve some of the bottlenecks by 2030.

@@akshithtalks179 what the use of local train when one wants to take rikshaw and giving Per Seat 50 rupees to reach kalyan station and taking more than Half hour to reach because of bad trafik and horrible roads.. dont you Think this matters…all these complex are Way away from kalyan station. Atleast in Navi Mumbai you have BEST NMMT bus service with very good roads and most important Its s plan city.

@@awelhekar all that points are good but I'm saying navi mumbai doesn't fall under affordable housing avg per sqft of navi mumbai is between 12k to 16k, for new home buyers it's not affordable. Also this hiranandani project will be completed by 2028 and metro is near by this project which has a deadline of 2026 (which will also get completed by 2028) Also this project is good for ppl who are working in Kalyan, Thane, Dombivli Ulhasnagar or Bhiwandi as said ppl first look for Affordability, then connectivity. Brands like Hiranandani are giving so much amenities with affordable pricing 1bhk cost only 52lac so it's a good deal even for future appreciation.

This hiranandani project not in kalyan. This project buid in kongaon. And this project distance very far from kalyan railways station. Normally 1 bhk price are 12 to 15 lac in kongaon area. Hirandani cost is much more in kongaon. 😂

You might also want to check Lodha Upper thane project which is big township near to thane. Big indoor amenities, internal playgrounds, indoor games , and best part is all the Indian festivals are celebrated. My close relative stays there. All the best for house hunting
