Top Mucus-Producing Foods and How They Impact Your Health
Mucus isn’t just the stuff we blow out of nose or cough out of our lungs. There’s reason it’s there and it’s either due to inflammation and mucus producing foods.

Dr Price ! I have been a vegetarian that eats fish on occasion for26 yrs. I can afford to eat well and I do but everyone can’t afford to remove bad foods from their diet and eat more holistically. Is food the natural selection of who will live or die? I can see my own children who ask Mom is there any that is so called safe to eat ? I was raised in the country where people left bushel baskets of vegetables and fruit on your back porch we all grew gardens and the gardens produce to much we all shared to be neighborly so did my parents. It’s just so sad to see food weaponized and production of food knowingly to poison people for profit. Sometimes I’m sad that I’ve lived long enough to see such hate and how the evil of money has corrupted God’s gift of life to everyone but only a few can eat at the table. There will be God’s judgement. Thank you for educating the public please don’t stop you are doing a greatly needed service and God almighty will bless your efforts because they are unselfishly given.🙏🏽

In my 40’s, I finally just realized why people in Asian countries drink warm Sake. It aids in the digestion of the food, which is why you don’t see too many overweight Asian people. It is difficult to keep that level of discipline here in America, unless you eat primarily at home, and can drink warm tea with your meals. Drinking cold beverages (while eating) is something I’ve found to be one of the hidden culprits in Americans being overweight.

If you try to change people (which is not possible) they will naturally put up a resistance and resent you. Is better to live a healthy lifestyle and let people come to you on their own free will and give them advice if they want or even insinuate something. I use to waste my time with people on how to eat and live healthy. Time is finite and to precious to be wasted on stuff you can't control.

Homogenized and Pasturized Dairy is the problem, however raw dairy from grass fed healthy cows that are from a small local farm has may healing benefits. People have issues with dairy because all the beneficial enzymes and probiotics are destroyed through high heating, which is why people have a hard time digesting it. Conventional dairy is toxic, but when it is raw with all the living probiotics the way nature intended it, it is very beneficial for the body, and heals. Consider this, the government doesn't care if we consume homogenized and pasteurized dairy products from unhealthy cows, which is they're standard of good, but when it comes to consuming dairy that is raw GRASS FED unhomogenized and unpasteurized they say thats bad and they are here to protect us because they truly care about our health. We all know that when government says something is good its actually bad, and when they say something is bad it's actually good.

Dr. Price, I always love and respect the information that you share. With that being said, I am so frustrated and don’t know where to turn concerning what to and what not to eat. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 30 years and in the last six months, I have started eating a WFPB diet. I think I’m down to eating organic non-bleached paper and springwater without salt, oil, and sugar. I don’t know what else to do given these new restrictions on top of having to manage CKD, diabetes, HBP, gastritis, heart conditions, and my personal preferences. I hate to sound like I’m whining, but I don’t know what else I can eat. I do understand the foods that you mentioned in the video as mucus producing. I just don’t know where to turn and feel like I should just give up trying to conform to this new way of eating because it is so difficult. Any suggestions? Again, I appreciate your videos and the wisdom that you take time out to share. Thank you! ❤️

You should read, "Back to Eden" and don't get so hung up on all the things you should avoid. Instead strive to eat at least 60%-80% of raw foods. Pack in your veggies and fruits, get plenty of movement and enjoy life. Sometimes, you stress so much about the foods that you may hurt yourself by being so restricted. Be well!

I appreciate listening to you. I'm new but have ideas also. The bible teaches that milk is a super food for humans not just animals but not grocery store milk. All grain products, refined or whole digest like sugar, very quickly. They feed bad gut bacteria causing loads of problems. They don't have to be just gut issues. Celiac disease is very under diagnosed. I learned about grain problems by trial and error in my eating. I made bread with white flour and Einkorn flour. Both gave me bloating and gas. Plus, doing some research on the subject.

Just watched a video by Dr.Berg about the same topics. Sugars, seed oils and diabetes. All very interesting. Made me take a look at all the foods we have here in the house. Have a lot of kids snacks, I am just in awww at all the seed oils used in children's foods. Just sickened. Made me happy that I cut up some watermelon and pineapples to snack on along with apples and oranges. Thanks for the informative video Dr.B. Price. Thanks for restocking the seamoss. I've been wanting to try it but didn't want to try another brand bcuz of what u said in a previous video

I came across you this morning as a guest and loved the conversation. So happy I watched it. Want to get your cookbook. Eat pretty much now like you talked about but can always learn more. Loving learning about health.

Thanks so much for always being so informative. I never used to have puffiness under my eyes and it’s been happening now for the past few months. I do get enough sleep could it be sinus issues? Also I suffered from chronic migraine however since slowly moving to plant based diet, I am doing extremely well. My goal is to wean myself from all meds. I also have your healing recipes & remedies book

Thank you Dr Price I thought stevia was healthy and not refined . I use it once in a blue moon but has it incase I needed to make something sweet, but now I won’t use it at all. The stevia natural leaf by itself I would prefer. Thank you I can learn so much from you.
