In Vapi commercial (Shop) Property tax went from ₹2200 to ₹6000 in 2022 for 193 sq ft shop It has Common Water Charges-284 Special water charge-1200 Gutter charge-1200 While there’s No individual water connections Nor individual toilets at shops Only one common toilet for all the members of the society (13 shops). We pay maintenance charges to the society Also, till 2021 special water charge and gutter charge was Zero What’s the reason for charge increase? I emailed Municipality twice in last month but still NO reply
