Remember the most important thing about lupus is that it affects everyone differently!! Not everyone is going to be able to follow the same regime

I have ra and lupus. I quit all my meds. I am taking supplements instead of meds. I need to focus on diet and gut now. I had 10 joint replacements. That’s how bad I let the disease get.

I am constantly thirsty so I like shakes. My favorite is frozen blueberries and cranberries blended. Is vegan micro? I’m slowly getting into the mindset to be 100% micro

Sorry Doc, but I disagree with you- big time! What causes inflammation is oxalates in your food. Start by going on a carnivore diet first (its referred to as food neutral because there are NO oxalates in animal products). Once you have your inflammation under control, then you should download a comprehensive list of food and how much oxalates they contain. I believe that Harvard Medical has published a very comprehensive list. I've been on the carnivore diet for just over 6 weeks and I've lost over 15 pounds so far, and my inflammation and pain are being very well controlled with this. I just saw my rheumatologist 2 days ago and he was extremely pleased with these results. He said he was very happy for me and that I presented in the best condition he's ever seen me. NO FRUIT, NO VEGGIES, NO GRAINS. Try it for 30 days, you'll become a believer too!

Definitely going to look into this and try it. Maybe it’ll help me with my recently diagnosed lupus. I am a single mom with two children. One with a disability and me being constantly extremely exhausted is horrible. I have pain all over and I feel like I’ve worked out all day. Even sitting down hurts.
