Not a fan of social media at all or what it has done to destroy the world but without it how do I ever get to see these great shows like TOP. They certain werent an option to see in my teens being born and raised in the USA. The memories are so good.

They really are good memories, and i had no idea that these great episodes would ever be shown again even as I was lucky enough to see them the first time in the UK

Steve Walsh sadly died next year while making the following up single aunt no shopping us now the video was been shot aboard Steve Walsh ruined it by turning it into karaoke version halfway through the song other than that good voice him and Tony Blackburn were on BBC radio London until Matthew Bannister like he did with radio one by calling it GLR.

alan fox i loved Radio London and enjoyed Steve Walsh’s programme and still upset even now that both were gone by end of summer in 1988

Just saw the video for Aint No Stoppin Us Now and the vocals were shocking, never mind the shouting at people telling them to rock the world. Just goes to show what punch these tossy DJ's had back then. You could get a record out easily if you were well known enough. Not surprised it didn't make the top 40 though, not even posthumously. All very cringe.

@@RichardUpton yes he finished at radio 1 in March 1988 so the one from March would of been his last one he did BBC4 missed a lot of great episodes between November 1982 an March 1988 it's such a shame they didn't get shown after Mike passed away....😢 they where shown on the UK gold channel in the 90s around 1994/95 but if people have them they try an upload them to KZbin so we can see them can I ask why do you think a lot of the tracks get copyrighted 🤔
